I visited the play area, and the children thoroughly enjoyed it. The facilities were well-maintained and clean. The wait time was minimal, and we were able to sit down and relax while the children played.

Previous reviews say the food was problematic, my order came out decently. That may have been due to the fact that I stood at the counter and inquired after 15 minutes, and no one else was in the restaurant.
What I was very disturbed by was the level of filth. I had ordered and received my food at the kiosk before I got a chance to take a good look around. The floors havent been cleaned in at least a week, the soda machine had brown liquid spilled all over the counter, the floors in the kitchen were slimy and coated in grease, to the point that the male employees were sliding across it like ice skaters. The bathrooms were in the same condition and touching ANYTHING was high risk.
The person I presume was the manager, who at least attempted some level of professionalism, appeared to be doing the most work while his employees shlumped around doing nothing other than sucking from their own beverages. Sloppy, slovenly.
Though the well manicured property is appealing, it is deceptive.
If you are reading this review after youve already ordered, seen the interior, and are now questioning whether you are risking exposure to the plague, join the club.

Far away eyes
Orders are wrong, had to have my order checked and was wrong 3 times at the window. Reason why I checked was various other times I went home to wrong orders or food wasn’t in bag. Showed up at 1030 pm says drive through opened till 12am closed. The milkshake machine is ALWAYS not functioning.. got filet o fish meal and it looked like a bite out of the bun and the cheese looked old and curled up. I understand the need to save money for the business and lack of employees but I think the business should consider shutting down if they can’t provide decent meals correctly.

I just ordered a large fry and a medium frappe. The frappe had no whipped topping or any caramel and they barely put any of the actual frappe in the cup it was 5.49. Before I even touched the cup I asked the guy to remake it because it wasn’t filled he straight up told me that he won’t do it. My fries were freezing cold I told them I wanted them fresh and they tasted so old. So I spent 10 dollars to get no frappe and old nasty fries.

Grinch adult happy meal was gross! Not at all the fault of this McDonald’s. The Grinch salt shaker was too much. I only put a little bit on my fries and the salt burnt my lips and left a horrible taste in my mouth. This McDonalds serve food hot and freash everytime we go there. It is very clean in and outside the building.

First of all, i hate writing reviews and this may be my third time doing so in my life. I live in Avon Lake and have found this to be the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Thats a bold statement, but its true. McDonalds corporate head quarters need to step in. The filth, consistency with incorrect orders and poor quality of food are the only consistency of this establishment. As a frequent McDonalds diner, I’m truly sick of going out of my way to avoid this location (closest proximity to my home). Please address THIS location. Wish I could give zero stars.

I placed a mobile order and chose curbside pickup like I always do. When I arrived, I didn’t realize the parking lot was covered in ice, so I parked and waited for my order.
The employee who brought out my food didn’t speak to me directly, but she said loud enough for me to hear, “We have a perfectly good drive thru.” The tone was clear. It came off annoyed and unnecessary. I wasn’t doing anything wrong by picking curbside, and the comment felt rude.
If the parking lot is unsafe or curbside isn’t available, they can simply say that. No attitude needed. It turned what should have been a simple pickup into an unpleasant moment.

First this the worst fast food I’ve ever had let me start by saying I had a sausage mc griddle with cheese, the buns were hard, my sausage was ripped up like it was burning and stuck to the grill… the cheese was a dark orange color and old looking! I had a small orange juice it was like a thick piece of slime came through the straw I had no idea what that was almost choked on it due to not knowing what that was and still is…I would never ever eat from here again! Wish I could give them negative stars!!!!!! No it’s not a piece of orange either.
