I always have a great experience at this McDonald’s in Toronto. The Big Macs are always very tasty and well made — good quality, never overcooked. The staff is very friendly and pleasant, which makes the visit even nicer. Thank you for the consistently good service!

I love the people that work here the managers are quite nice and don’t argue over a simple mistake and they often are very busy but I always ask for fresh food because I don’t like my bun to be hard or my cheese to feel like it was melted hrs ago but this time my bun was so hard I took it off and only put the beef on couple peaces of bread

2 of 3 kiosks broken, no one to wait on you. Waited t minutes while 1 woman tied up the only working kiosk. What a joke of a McDonalds. Finally left without making order or getting waited on.

Miss the personal interaction. No condiments, napkins, refills unless you happen to catch the eye of a person bringing out orders. Missing item from order and then have a line of others in the same situation. I honestly don’t blame the staff working but the impersonal set-up is doomed for issues.
