I ordered a mobile order and I put that i was there curbside for pick up. 25 minutes later still waiting for my meal I call into the store. The guy says I dont see the order. I explained what I ordered. Someone says they have. They run it and then say sorry we forgot about your order. 25 minutes waiting for food. What happens. It gets cold. Instead of remaking the food I am provided with nice cold McDonald’s food. Seriously I already waited 25 minutes couldn’t they have at least given me hot food?

I stopped by this McDonald’s expecting the usual quick bite, and honestly, it was a solid experience. The food was fresh and hot, which isn’t always a guarantee at fast-food places, so that was a nice surprise. My order was made correctly, and I didn’t have to wait long at all.
What really stood out was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was polite and didn’t make me feel rushed, even though they were clearly busy. The place was clean, including the dining area and restrooms, which matters more than people realize.
It’s still McDonald’s, so I’m not expecting gourmet, but for what it is, this location does a good job. I’d definitely stop here again when I’m in the area.

I was on my dinner break with limited time so I placed a mobile order. WÀS CHARGED FOR IT!!!!! I get there they don’t have my order, they find it and it’s timed out????? So they have my paid order and refuse to make it and made me reorder and repay. The little girl claiming to be a manager was completely unhelpful. How can you have little girls working a manager position and cannot do anything to help??? I just want my money back. And I will never order from that crap hole again. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY

Got a Mocha Frappe with ice cubes in it not the way its typically made, brought it up to the front to get a new one and a worker said it was the same thing and then was shown by a manager how it was wrong and acted like she wasnt just being rude. waited on it to be made to be handed out to some random person who ordered after us.
