Okay McDonalds Southgate what’s going on. Was excited to see you had McRibs. That excitement didn’t last long when I discovered, up the highway, there was barely any sauce on the darn thing. What little was on there was soaked up by the bun. I could not eat much of that bare McRib. Very disapointed!

Food, service, atmosphere has greatly improved over the past few months. My orders are now rarely wrong. Food is better quality. Fries are undercooked almost every time. If you have the opportunity to eat in on certain evenings, you’ll witness one of the hardest working people keeping the dining room impeccably clean.

This was supposed to be a 10 piece chicken nugget!! Also didn’t get all the fries we ordered. They came and asked me 2 times at the window what I had ordered. Even though we were at the window for almost 45-50 minutes waiting on our food!! The employees were high. They also after handing me my change said they didn’t charge me $2.50 for the Mac sauce to be added to 3 Mc double’s apparently that’s what the box of sauce was even though it was on the sandwiches.
