I go to this Mc Donald’s at least 4 times a month.
They can never get my order correct, I have to back around the drive through to get it corrected.
This time I ordered 2 double quarter pounders.
I didn’t want onions on one of them but extra pickles.
I wanted the other one with extra onion and pickles.
I also asked for ketchup and salt.
I was handed my bag and checked for the ketchup and salt.
There weren’t any, and this happens almost every time I go thru the drive thru.
I got home, one sandwich didn’t have onions or pickles on it.
I asked for no onions and extra pickles.
The other sandwich I asked for extra onions and pickle, but they weren’t put on the sandwich.
I shouldn’t have to did through the bag and open the sandwiches to see if the order is correct.

I came here to pick up an order that said it was done already when I went to ask the girl upfront didnt even listen to my question just “said there is only one of me up here and I cant right now it will be a moment. She had red and black hair with a braid . Was disappointed with the service I recieved and the rudeness I get being busy but there are more polite ways to say your overwhelmed without being completely dismissive.

Every time I come here I have an issue. Food is always gross and old. On my most recent visit I went through the drive thru and was asked to pull ahead. I did and waited around 10 minutes before going inside. They didn’t even know I was waiting and I had to tell them 4+ times what I had until I finally got it, and then the food was disgusting. So many better options in town, skip this one.

Great decor and very clean facility. The furniture and lighting are very unique and cool for a fast food restaurant. The staff here were friendly and the ordering was automated through a touch screen experience. The food choices are classic McDonald’s hence the four star rating, but if you are looking for a clean and hip vibe just off the highway there isn’t anything nearly as nice in this neck of the woods.

Food cold, employees could care less, and the Coke’s had to been sitting around for awhile before going out the drive through window. They were flat with little ice in the cup, funny thing is the machine fills them with ice and product, all you have to do is put the lid on.

Normally wouldn’t complain about fast food but they asked for it. Screwed up the original order which is a surprise to no one. Asked for the Strips and got a chicken sandwich instead. Cooked so far it mignt as well have been shoe leather Paid the money for 3 sauces didn’t get any. Went in to ask for them counter workers were rude and had an attitude. Asking first if I asked for them ( because that seems logical) Then said we’ll then they’re probably in your bag. As if I walked in without possibly considering that first? Sound logic. Garbage food, and Garbage staff.

Like with all fast food. Its your preference that matters. And as for McDonald’s it helps to have their experience under their belt. Though prices have risen dramatically, their fries and their burger offerings have stood the test of time for a quick meal. You’ll hate yourself after. But at least in the moment you’ll indulge with a smile.
