I’m not certain that the kiosk rather than a person as the cashier is doing anyone any good. The experience was absolutely terrible and the kitchen seemed to be pushed to keep up with the drive thru and the door dash orders. We did get our orders accurately, food was hot, but 25 minutes to get a couple burgers and fries seems the opposite of efficiency. IMHO, the whole experience was terrible. The people working were fine, clearly frustrated with the dinner service. FWIW, there might have been 10 people inside eating in. A whole lot of people leaving demanding refunds.

I am a doordasher locating zanesville, and every time I go to pick up at this store,it always has some kind of issue going on and if you even try to get hold of the staff,they are rude and also I am certified in servesafe(food safety) and when someone brings something up regarding food safety over orders being left on the shelf for hours on end,they ignore what a customer brings up and they have a maintenance guy,who yells at other employees,sensually harasses other crew members for all to see! You can literally hear this guy yelling all the way from the back by the managers office and the managers REFUSE, to do something about him! Especially when he is doing this even out in the dining room where children are present!

If this is the new McDonald’s they can keep it. No ordering at the counter, no menu at the counter. No napkins out, no drink station. People just randomly milling around waiting for food. Cannot see any workers at all. Unless they come up and bring food out from behind the wall.

My wife and I visited this establishment. We are from Michigan and can confidently say that it is a very nice place and the people who work here are wonderful and caring. We were served by Chrlstie C, a very nice woman, she touched us.I recommend it to everyone; you’ll be delighted. Delicious food and a very caring attitude will make your day a happy one. If I could rate this place a zero star I would I went there on October 4. I ordered a bacon quarter pounder meal with 10 nuggets. The nuggets were cold and hard so are the fries. I got no bacon on my burger. I called and complained they said if I bring the receipt back and gave me their name that they’ll replace it OK well I went back a few days later. Try to get my order replaced and proceeded to tell me that they’re not going to replace it because they don’t have a manager under that name so these people like to lie about their names and I guess only managers can pick up the phone and said that they don’t have a manager under that name so I do not recommend going to this McDonald’s every time I go the food’s never fresh and they never put sauce or anything in your bag The morning shift is about all that’s does their job that’s about it

Stood at the counter waiting for someone to take our order. Finally a lady took our order gave us our cups. The area around the drink machines were dirty , no napkins and the floor had something all wet all over it. The tables were dirty. This was at 7:30 pm they weren’t busy. One other person in the lobby eating.

Ate breakfast at this McDonald’s on 9/14, sat in the newly renovated dining room, the meal was good but then I looked over and saw a cockroach on the window ledge unaffected by human presence. From now on I will no longer be visiting this establishment until the problem is solved
