This is the Big Mac I got. Literally the whole container was filled with lettuce and they just slopped everything on the lower bun and just straight ignored the top like I wouldn’t notice. Do better. It’s not that hard to make it the correct way especially since I paid 13 dollars for my meal and ended up with this burger and the wrong drink. So Disappointing

I went to McDonald’s to get a smoothie Saturday 6/14 at 3:15 pm. I noticed along line at the drive thru. I went inside to place my order. As soon as I walked in there was a customer at the counter that stated “ these people can’t get anything right”. The employees were openly swearing at each other. The customer was swearing as well to herself. No one came out to take my order. The place was in total chaos.
I wonder if there was a manager on duty. No wonder the drive thru line was not moving. I have never witnessed employees behave in that manner. Terrible customer service

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s today April 12, 2024 I purchased 4 apple pies that turned out to be expired.We ordered a happy meal and 4 apple pies at 3:05 pm the pies all say enjoy by 10:00 am. The crust was hard, and the filling was dehydrated had an unpleasant taste, hinting that it had gone bad. Not only was it a waste of money, but it also left me feeling queasy afterward. It’s unacceptable for a renowned chain like McDonald’s to serve expired food especially at this location 3005 N. Holland Sylvania RD, and it seriously undermines their reputation for quality and food safety.

Slow service and long line at drive through show how inefficient the store operates. Parking and going inside to avoid long line at drive through didn’t help at all. Employees show no sense of urgency towards in-person customers at the counter inside. Between the kiosks malfunctioning and employees inattention, it easily takes twice as long as staying in the car.

Went for breakfast. Order was correct. Food was good. Kind of slow in the drive thru. But not a big deal.

This location ALWAYS manages to forget something, which I can deal with I guess… till one day, on my 5th visit (of which all past visits included something missing), I found a very obvious large hair on my eggs. It was in my big breakfast, with a clear plastic lid on top, so I’m unsure how no one saw a glaring black hair on top. I made it to work before I realized it was there, so I had to call. Their reply was “no one here has dark hair,” as if I pulled it from my own head, or just was in desperate need to mooch a free meal. Please, even if it’s out of your way, go to another location. The staff is rude aside from maybe like two people no matter how kind you are to them.

I’ve been to every McDonald’s in the Toledo metro and this is by far the worst example of McDonald’s. The fries are always cold. Even their nuggets are cold. I’m shocked when the person working there says have a nice day/night or any other type of professionalalism. At the second window they just hand you your food and slam the window door shut as you say thanks. Just save your money and go to a different location if McDonald’s is what you’re craving

I’d give zero stars, if possible. ALWAYS terrible service, and displays of complete incompetence along with zero time to be bothered with for questions or assistance. They do not care if they lose out on your money, and make consistent mistakes with every order. I will NEVER try visiting this restaurant again, as the current staff are nowhere near as capable as they were during the 1990s. The worst part: they NEVER answer their phone, so you aren’t able to complain, unless you take extra time to drive back and wait to speak to someone in person. You’ll most likely be there at the same time as others in which are experiencing the SAME exact issues…..

I was missing items on my order last Sunday. When I called, the manager on duty was very nice and stated they would replace them on next order. She took my name and order number. When I called this morning, the manager was incredibly rude, told me I was lying, talked over me, refused to let me speak, and hung up on me twice. That’s not behavior indicative of “management.” Regional support should be stepping in to do compete some remedial training, or even customer service basics 101.
