Every time I go to this location I get horrible service. Today I got a drink quickly shoved in my face with out a word. It was 3/4 full. Then the bag of food was thrust in my face without a word. The window woman almost got it shut before I squeaked out, can I have some honey mustard sauce because no one asked me what I wanted? Then she thrust 2 in my face without a word. She never said thank you, come again, nothing. I worked at a McDonald’s in high school. It’s not difficult to be polite. Who is training these people? Have the staff do mock trial runs before they work the window. Sad we can’t train people to be kind and thankful. I’ll bet the owner is thankful when she goes to the bank.

The coffee they served me was the last cup in the pot. Full of coffee grounds and it tasted like they emptied the grease trap in it. This place use to have good coffee and fresh made food. It’s nasty. So I don’t eat at McDonald’s in Montpelier as often, if ever.

food is constantly cold, especially the fries i barely EVER get fresh fries. quarter pounders are often raw (so please check them all before eating i’ve had more than one come this way), pies are always cold, etc. they are very very slow unless you get lucky in the drive thru. they rarely get my order wrong though but do on occasion. staff is okay some days i get rude employees some days i get really nice ones. oh and you’ll like never get ice cream other than milkshakes it’s literally CONSTANTLY “down” like, i think after so long it should be back up? i get a little while but weeks/months of no ice cream is ridiculous i’ve just stopped asking for it completely at this point.

Edit. I went inside to order my food and it was fast and quick. I didn’t want to go through drive thru since it was raining pretty good. You can go in Instead of going through the drive-thru if you want. It’s just take out instead of dining in.
