Every time I go my order is messed up. I feel like as much as we are charged I shouldn’t have to pull my sandwiches apart before leaving parking lot to make sure they are correct. Today I ordered a bacon, egg cheese bagel extra bacon. I get halfway home and open my sandwich to no bacon at all. So not only was I charged for extra bacon, then there would’ve been extra gas to turn around to go back.

I did an online order a week ago and ordered a big mac no lettuce or middle bun, I get it and it has no lettuce and no sauce and has the middle bun… okay it’s fast food they mess up. But I came back and ordered a big mac no lettuce and I get one smothered in lettuce. I’m very pregnant so the first time I was just mad, the second time it sent me into a breakdown. Hormones suck, but not being able to satisfy a craving really sucks. Thanks Mcdonald’s for the tears.

When you pay almost $3 for a small drink, you expect to receive a full drink, not one that’s three-quarters full! Similarly, when you order a hamburger, you want a proper hamburger. It’s frustrating to turn around to have the order corrected only to receive the same mistakes as before! I would understand if the staff were low or if they were busy, but that was not the case here. I was the only customer when I placed my order, as well as when I returned to correct it. Additionally, when I tried to call, no one answered. So here I am, leaving this honest review for the manager, who clearly does not value her company and the paying customers that secures her job so she continues to have employment!!

Edit. I went inside to order my food and it was fast and quick. I didn’t want to go through drive thru since it was raining pretty good. You can go in Instead of going through the drive-thru if you want. It’s just take out instead of dining in.

Why do they always have the frappe machine down for cleaning over peak hours? This is the 3rd time this has happened in past 2 weeks. Plus they wait on 1 customer at a time. Most mcdonalds use the designated spots to keep drive thru working. The quality of the food is served lukewarm at best after long waiting times. The worst mcdonalds in the area

Employees were nice. My Big Mac came with two tiny charred patties. I don’t think my food is ever correct when I come through. Or they just forgot something. This only happens at the Montpelier McDonald’s. Bryan’s is fine!

I didn’t get what I ordered so I call and they tell me there’s nothing they can do about it. Food does come out pretty quick but that’s because hardly anything is fresh 🙁 (from my experience)

The staff in the afternoon and evening are always pleasant and never fail to give me my order without mistakes. They are the fastest and friendliest McDonald’s if you had to pick between Montpelier and Bryan.
Update: The staff here have gotten a lot worse lately. To giving you the wrong things and not giving you a receipt or the option of one… To just being really rude. I don’t think I’ll be coming here much anymore till it has changed.
