I am speaking specifically about the staff working Saturday night at around 9:30pm tonight (4/15/23). I can’t tell you the last time in years I’ve gotten McDonald’s where it’s not only been good but fantastic. I was craving fries and a cheeseburger and to be honest wasn’t expecting much. The fries were HOT, and perfectly cooked. All of my food was still warm when I got it home 15 minutes later. The staff was all very nice. When I was at the payment window, I saw people washing their hands, which you never see anymore unfortunately. The young man handing me my food actually gave me a warm greeting instead of just handing my food like they usually do without saying a word. The young lady who took my order was super nice when I messed it up and she had to correct it. No huffing and puffing or being rude, just super nice like it was no big deal. People don’t give kudos enough so please share this with the team that worked this night. They deserve it!!

Employees can make or break you, and that goes for MANAGERS as well. Nothing like having a managers attitude ruin your whole morning. I ordered an iced caramel mocha (as I have routinely at this location for years). They handed me a frozen one first and I politely told them I had ordered an iced one. I understand when the restaurant is busy that things get stressful, but don’t take it out on the customer. I was then handed what appeared to be an iced coffee. I’ve been getting the iced caramel mochas long enough to know what they look like. I told the young girl that it still wasn’t what I ordered. The manager snapped at me that it WAS an iced caramel mocha. It had no Whipped cream, caramel sauce and definitely was not one. She took it back, put a tiny bit of whipped cream on it and handed it back to me. Needless to say, I left frustrated that I still didn’t get what I ordered. I tasted it and it was terrible. I don’t remember this manager ever being there and I know the girls that wait on me on a regular basis. That manager should get a major attitude adjustment and maybe learn to smile and be happy to have a job.

The BEST. McDonald’s in our entire area!!! I have literally been disappointed by every single McDonald’s in all of Lucas and wood counties but the Contant st. McDonald’s???? Now they’re something special. Great employees, perfect customer service, the food is always hot and fresh!!!!! Thanks for being awesome 🙂

Ordered a 40 piece nuggets. Received 39 & went back in and told employee. Employee & her friends mocked us laughing & calling us petty. Being down right rude. My son has special needs and is autistic he will notice 1 missing nugget & flip out

I could not, no matter how hard I tried, find a way to fly up into the sky to double check on the atmosphere; hence the neutral starring. I gots this feeling that this particular McDonald’s must be located near a source of gravity strong enough to keep my feets on the ground…liberal crookedness suspected.
