Since the East Second Street location has been remodeled, inside service has gotten terrible. The new design seems to cater to the drive-thru and online orders. Trying get get counter service is near impossible. The workers either glance at you then look away or just plain avoid you. The drink machine is in the back now so getting staff attention for a refill is a chore. You’re better off placing a mobile order for a new drink. When ordering on the mobile app for table service I have yet had the food brought to the table, they just place it in the pickup window. I pointed out that the order is for table service and they tell me “we don’t do that unless you use a table tent.” I even showed the receipt that shows table service with the table number on it. If they plan on avoiding dine in customers it would be nice if there was a system in place for a call light or way to signal staff the front counter needs help. Standing at the counter with an empty drink cup and eye contact doesn’t do the trick.

I got one of their cookies boxes and they literally were all smashed together like doughy not cooked all the way and I called and told them its like a ball of cookie dough they come like that bc they have to be fresh ..they said thank you for informing us smh im calling in the morning again maybe an adult will do something about it.

Had to wait 15 minutes for a quarter pounder. When it came out it was dry and looked like someone put it together with their eyes closed. I went in and asked for a refund. The lady said a few cuss words and yelled at the guys in back. She then handed me a bag with another quarter pounder. I said I just want a refund, she rudely said I wish you would have said that from the beginning. I will do all I can to avoid this place.

I go through the drive thru about once a week for lunch and this is by far the best McDonald’s I go to! The daytime drive thru ladies are top notch! They are friendly and fast and always take the time to smile and say thanks! My food is always fast and hot! Keep up the great work, ladies!

This is what large fries look like. I thought they were supposed to be way fuller. Maybe I had high expectations. Or maybe there is a potato shortage in Defiance. Trying to figure this out, not sure how you mess this up. Oh well, not the first time it’s happened at the 2nd street location

Food was as expected, customer service is not acceptable, had a mobile pickup order and entered our parking space on the app, had to go in to get order after waiting for an extended period of time. Workers were rude when I asked the status of the order, the waiting DoorDasher even recommended not using this location.
