I went through the drive-thru, and the experience was fantastic. The staff were excellent: very friendly and quick to take my order. Best of all, the food was freshly made, the fries were piping hot, and the burger was perfect. Definitely efficient and high-quality service for when you’re in a hurry. I’ll be back!

McDonald’s used to be the go to fast food for me, nowadays with these burger flipping union want a bees, you place your order on a touch screen, fill your own drink if you are given a cup, straws are not with the fountains, my order was passed over 2 times, the group of girls in the back were laughing and carrying on, while 5 of us waited patiently for them to complete our orders.
Granted, not all have this horseplay going on, it’s just not the same as when we were younger

The last 2 xs I was here it was pretty awful. Once it took 30-40 minutes to get our food. 2 adults and 3 kids in the dining room. The next time I went it was just me and 2 grandkids. I wanted to get them ice cream and play in the play room. The cashier said the ice cream machine was down. And then asked me why I wanted McDonald’s ice cream anyway when there were other places not far from there that had ice cream. Mind blown

I absolutely do not understand why they pull every single car out of the drive thru… you are supposed to stay at the window until you have your food. I understand a one off now and again but I’m sitting here with a whole line of cars waiting on just a single breakfast sandwich. Who manages this restaurant? I’d like to speak with them.

Sat at second window about 4 minutes, waiting for 40 nuggets, two cheeseburgers, a fry, and a happy meal. Told us they were just waiting on ONE sandwich, and asked us to pull forward. I didn’t get my family’s order for about another 15 minutes. At which point I had gone inside to see why we weren’t being served. Only giving 2 stars on service because of the helpful girl who got my order together once I was inside. Got home, missing sauces, and the sandwiches were tough, dry, and poorly constructed. the employees dont have respect or manners, if u come in as a door dasher they look at u like u dont exist and whej u try to talk to any of them they ignore u and act like they cant hear u. always getting order wrong, missing drinks.
i had a very bad experience thru the drive thru, i pulled up for a sinple caramel ice coffee like i have always got but this rude girl kept oj acting like she couldn’t hear what i was saying so i told her if u cant understand stand me plz give the ice coffee u giys have that starts eith a C, she still claimed she couldnt hear me out of joke and was laughing. so i went inside with my wife and ordered the same thing with the same girl but she could understand me because she realized i was there with my family. so my ppl ig u want to wait 30min just for a fast food go ahead but am just speaking from day to day experience.

Avoid this place. I waited 30 minutes in drive through for food, they finally brought my son’s happy meal and said they were still waiting on mine. I eventually just left without my food, absolutely embarrassing to not meet the incredibly low bar of Mcdonalds. Go to Wendy’s instead, they have great service.

We ordered at the kiosk. It took 35 minutes for 3 sandwiches and 1 medium french fries. The staff member who rarely came by the register was completely unenthusiastic and appeared to want to be anywhere else but work. The food was lukewarm at best. Do not come here if you want your food fast or hot.

Every single car and I mean every single car was asked to pull over and park. Waited 20 minutes for two combos. Doesn’t seem like there is any effort in making it fast any more. This is obviously an on going problem that needs to be address internally, not the owner commenting with a link.
