12:15am I ordered a fillet a fish sandwich, I got 2 peices of bread and an old fish patty with no cheese or tartar sauce and ZERO flavor, it was horrible. I also ordered chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger and fries but instead I got inedible cold chicken nuggets and cold fries and to top it off the cheeseburger had no cheese.
The only thing I ate from the $18 meal was the burger that was supposed to be a cheeseburger.
Worst mcdonalds experience ever… I didnt even mention the wait, which I wouldn’t complain about if the order was made correctly. I would grade this 9/100 major failure.

I have been going to this McD’s for years. Before they remodeled, the service was great. You actually were greeted and acknowledged. Now they have completely changed everything. It’s damn near self serve anymore. No more pop machines out, condiments, and napkins are all behind the counter. Trying to get someone’s attention for things is about a 5 minute wait. You stand at the counter and they just keep walking back and forth with no contact. They don’t even look and acknowledge you. You mostly have to mobile order or kiosk order. I understand that is a new time and age, but you cant lose focus on customer service. Now I will only stop here if I have to. This place used to be really good. Not really anymore.

Great time with residents from WoodHaven. Service was impressive as there were 7 of us; two staff and 5 clients with either walkers or wheelchairs. Plus other customers. Smooth transactions, great fresh hot food. Perfectly minty Shamrock shakes. Plenty of room to dine. Handicap accessibility was convenient inside and out however, I had to reposition our mini bus in order to use the lift as a vehicle parked over too close into pur handicap spot. Prices are a little expensive for fast food but, worth it because it’s rare that I go here. Thanks

Very irritating when you use the reward point on the app.. but you don’t receive the correct items. Really trying to not be rude but how hard is it? The location consistently messes up orders. I don’t even call them at this point. Do yourself a favor and check your order before you leave the window!! Or chances are very high of you not being happy when you get home.
