The only good thing about this location is that it’s clean. Other than that there are a ton of people standing around on the shift and we’re quite a few folks in the lobby waiting a hot minute for their order. Did a mobile order and did not receive 2 of the things I asked for and the worst excuse for a large fry ever. Even when asking them about it, I was told it was standard. It’s a joke.

I won’t be going back to Upper Sanduskys McDonald’s anymore, the evening service sucks. Always get our order wrong or our sandwiches are just thrown together, condiments all over wrapper & the outside of the sandwich itself. Fries old & cold. Just tired of leaving reviews & getting the same service. 3 strikes I’m done.

Well, I was excited. I stopped to get a Mc rib meal and first off the lady in the drive-through at for my order and while I was speaking, another girl in the background started yelling, another girl‘s name and laughing so that kind of threw me off and then when I ordered it I asked for no pickles and I got back on the highway. Got a couple miles down the road and realized after pulling it out and getting ready to bite end of my delicious Mc rib sandwich that I was so excited to eat. It has pickles on it and no barbecue sauce. Now does that make sense?

If there was a manager on shift, you wouldn’t have known it. Group of workers stood around and socialized while guests waited for food or needed assistance with fixed their messed up order. My order was half correct. My dog could could have served and cooked better in its sleep.

We stopped at this McDonalds on a long car trip and were very happy with it! I just ordered a Coke to go but the staff was friendly, the bathroom was clean, and the dining area was spacious compared to most other McDonalds.

Qualifications to work here is breathing. I ordered a 20-piece nugget and a large fry. Both were cold, but clearly being able to count to 10 is difficult for these kids now a days as by (2) boxes which should be 10 nuggets each, only had 8 nuggets each. This World is in trouble if this generation can not even count to 10!
