Went through the drive through and ordered 3 sides of Big Mac Sauce for chicken nuggets and cheeseburgers. I honestly hope this was some young kid that did this. I paid .30 each for 3 of the smallest dabs of Mac sauce. I guess my kid will enjoy maybe 4 chicken nuggets because it won’t last for the 10 he got or the cheeseburgers. Get it together kids. If you were spending your hard earned money, would this be acceptable? Jokes on me this time, next time I won’t be very pleasant.

I went here on friday, I had a trailer hook to my truck. I was asked to move forward four times so they could try to trick their timer.
I had to tell them no I would not pull forward all four times, due to the fact that a trailer hooked to my truck.
Now they have a complete attitude because I can’t pull forward to trick their timer for them
I leave the establishment with my food and have to turn around and go back because even after they asked me to pull forward four times they still not gave me all my food.
So they’re rushing me forward so they can trick their timer and don’t even have all my food ready but still sent me on my way with half my order
Let’s go skip to today.
I go through the line and ask to add a frappe to my order and I am told no by the manager 11/10/2025. @945 in the morning.
There was no customers behind me, and they denied to add a frappe to my order wanted me to go all the way back around the building.
I have never been denied to add to existing order
Not only do they rush you through line. They don’t give you all your food.
They pull everyone forward to trick their timer to delight a corporate.
To make it look as if they’re doing their jobs faster

10/10 I’ve never had an issue at this McDonald’s and I stop regularly on my way to and from work. Foods always fast and fresh, they never forget anything, and the morning staff is always super friendly! Great store!

Ordered online for curb side pickup. WHAT A JOKE!! We Parked and put in our number it said number didn’t exist and we needed to go in and get our order. Which was supposed to be ready. It was not ready. The whole place was filthy food and trash covered the floors. Our food was not ready. We waited roughly 20-25 minutes for them to make our meals. Which didn’t even have it correctly. Seems like there is NOONE in charge, or maybe it’s a toddler in charge who loves chaos! A bunch of teens running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Will not go back and I do not recommend anyone go!

Like most McDonald’s locations this restaurant is always busy. They are usually pretty quick. The drive thru workers do a good job of keeping orders straight. They always greet customers when face-to-face.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Waited at least 10 minutes for a simple drink and received around half of my fries, with none in the bag. RIDICULOUS!

Ordered a Big Mac through the drive thru. Got home and it was perfect except……..no patties. ♂️. When mentioned to the manager the next time I was there, she blamed me for not calling in to tell them. They really need to be better at supervising thier employees with intellectual disabilities. I wasn’t even asking for a replacement for the food. Just notified them that it happened.
