Wanted to try out this new Manor location for breakfast today. Imagine my surprise once I got home and found both of my burritos were moldy. Very disappointing and honestly I am not even sure how this happens. I’ve never seen anything like this before.

sad that is says 24 hrs open i was excited to stop here been a new place so got off work at 3 am stopped went thru the drive thru stood there for 5 mins and no one answer so drove around a there was a employee just set in the lobby, so no food i guess . went home hungry.

I rarely leave reviews for fast food places because mistakes happen, but this was honestly the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had.
We went through the drive-thru on Sunday (2/8) around 4:00 PM and waited about 20 minutes even though there was no one in front of us. When we finally got our food, the order was completely wrong. My 6-year-old’s plain Happy Meal hamburger had hot honey sauce on it, and the same thing was put on my daughter’s burger. I genuinely don’t understand how something labeled plain ends up with spicy sauce on it, especially for a child.
On top of that, the young girl working the window was extremely rude and seemed very scattered, which made the whole situation more frustrating.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t usually complain, but this experience was bad enough that I felt I had to say something.
