I used my mobile app but chose to pick up at the counter. As my order is thrown in my hands I’m trying to ask for more cause packets because apparently 12 nuggets only need 2 packs of honey, but anyways the lady looks me dead in my eyes and hands me my food and acts as if I’m not speaking. So whatever I let that go. I go back to the counter to ask for a bag and a lady is looking dead at me about 5 foot infant of me doing nothing. I know she heard me say excuse me mama can I have a bad. She laughs like hole belly laughs and walks away to chop it up with her friend on the line. They aren’t busy. Im the only person sitting in the lobby. I won’t be coming back to this place. Thank God I had a gift card and didn’t use my money to pay for this treatment.

Went to order a large drink through the drive thru. The lady couldn’t understand what I wanted, kept asking, finally got someone who could understand (language barrier) Then got to the window, ask for no ice, gave me the wrong drink with ice. Both times language issue. Suggestion might be to get employees who fluently speak english to be the ones to take orders and at pick up window.

Every time I come here during lunch time there is always an issue with my order. The food is always burnt or old and they act like they can’t give you a cup of water with your meal. The Mexican lady at the window always has an attitude. I believe she is the manager . Asked for fresh fries and all she did was take my old fries and dropped them in the fryer and gave them back to me . Wasted my points for my daughter’s meal at this location and will never be returning .

The morning crew is always friendly and nice , food always fresh and hot , the manager I think she is , because she is always there is pregnant and expecting , she is amazing and don’t find to many people smiling at 6am. Who would have thought that McDonald’s would have the best gravy and biscuits !!

Somebody went wild with the salt shaker over there. I just had food delivered. The burgers were delicious. The fries had way way too much salt. My elderly mother nor I could eat them. We paid good money for a dinner we could not eat. I will not take a chance to go to this store again. Plus, my mother ordered a blueberry pie and was given apple instead. She was disappointed.
Update: Thank you to McDonld’s for inviting me to contact you directly. I did that and you promptly replied. You told me to contact DoorDash about my problem. I am sorry, but DoorDash did not put the overabundance of salt on the fries or gave a different flavored pie other than what was ordered. DoorDash simply delivered the order that you prepared. Not good to try to pass blame to somebody else. You are not taking responsibility for your poor service. I have looked at several other McDonald’s restaurants nearby and found they all rate about 3 something stars. This poor service seems to be a systemic problem throughout your stores. I won’t take a chance on a poor meal again so I will not be coming back. I have been away from McDonald’s for years because of poor service. Due to Trumps focus on your company, I decided to give it another whirl. I have found nothing has changed and I won’t be back.

I live close so stop here often. I would suggest staying away until they get their parking lot construction done. If you try and park to go inside you get trapped by the line in the drive through. If you try to go through the driver through you are stuck in the construction and need to wait for trucks to move. Hopefully this will end soon but definitely not fast and easy.

Took 8-9 minutes and they got my mobile order wrong. Took 3 tries and 1 1/2 hours to get thru to customer service¿¿¿¿ Barely understood English (offshore but ot sure about country). Going to pass info on to team leaders. Still waiting to hear!

Ordered fries, sauce and coke zero. They don’t have coke zero. Fries had no salt and they forgot the sauce. Would not recommend. It was not even busy.

I normally prefer this McDonald’s over the others near me, however my last visit was terrible. It took 25 minutes to receive my order at curbside, and by the time I got it my frappe was completely melted. I think there has been a change in management recently at this location that has made it go downhill.
