Why are you in management if you lack the critical thinking skills to address store level issues? That’s unacceptable.
If you go to this location be prepared to be talked down too by an extremely rude employee named “James” (if thats even his name, thats just the name his manager said when I asked for the corporate call I was about to make)
For me, the customer service experience was so horrendous. I asked for a discount and to speak with the manager, they told me I had to pay for my food first in order to speak with a manager. OK, weird. Paid for my food, and then management told me he couldn’t do anything for me.
Then I got home, looked at my food, and so much of it was smashed, and the fries were cold and not even filled all the way.
The happy meals and cola drinks (both fountain and frozen) were fine, but the majority of our food looks tampered with, no?
Don’t waste your time or money here. Just go literally anywhere else. I’m so thrilled I wasted almost $50 on food my family and I couldn’t even enjoy and have no idea if I’m going to be compensated.
10/10 do not recommend this location at all.
Hostile Staff Environment
– The Staff: The female staff members working during my visit created an environment of blatant bullying. Despite me remaining calm and polite throughout the transaction, the employees were whispering and laughing behind my back, making me feel targeted. It felt as though they were intentionally using their positions to belinquish power over the situation, making the ordering process unnecessarily difficult and treating me with condescending attitudes as if I couldn’t understand basic instructions.
– Transaction & Order Issues: The incompetence was matched only by the rudeness: …
– Payment Confusion: After I paid for my order, the staff insisted it hadn’t gone through, creating an ordeal out of a simple transaction.
– Order Accuracy: To their credit, the core of the order was correct, which is the only reason this isn’t a one-star review. However, they completely ignored the specific alternatives/customizations I requested.
– Final Thoughts: The staff went out of their way to make a simple interaction feel like a massive, dramatic production. It is disappointing to see a team of employees more focused on gossiping and belittling customers than doing their jobs. I’ll be sticking to delivery or visiting a different location from now on to avoid this toxic atmosphere.
The restaurant has a hygienic problem as well.
We ordered through DoorDash and our order was messed up TWICE!
On our first order we ordered 5 meals. 2 were kids meals.
We only got our drinks, an extra chocolate milk, 2 whole meals.
Didn’t get the kids meals, straws, or napkins.
Second try on our order, we got our kids meals but they didn’t have fries or sauce. And a fry from a meal was missing.. At least we were given an extra coke I guess.
But for both orders the fries were raw, and on the second order, the sandwiches were overcooked and had too much salt…
I guess these people must only like a little bit of meat with their salt.
All in all… Gross and never again.
