Average McDonalds experience, I’m more impressed how they pronounce my name right every time. One of the only McD’s in CBus I visit for a consistent fast food experience, but they got someone in service who is a little delulu if they’re letting the soda machine spit this out and hand it to me. Worst costumer service asked for my receipt she said go around the drive thru again it doesn’t make any sense why do go around again. First of all u should give me my receipt always. And she forgot my fries I have to go back. I order spicy chicken sandwich no pickles no sauce. ‍♂️

This is my second review. I ordered four burgers/sandwiches at this McDonald’s and asked for BBQ and Buffalo sauce. The employee told me she could only give one sauce for free and I would have to pay for the other. Seriously? I’ve never had this issue anywhere else. I was just in Virginia last week and they gave sauces with no problem.

I spent $20 on my order and they can’t even provide a couple extra sauces? If the store is struggling with sales, charging customers for basic condiments is not the way to fix it. This seems to be a problem only at this location, and it’s definitely disappointing.

I won’t be coming back. Great job, McDonald’s management—if this is how you treat customers, I’m sure your “sales” will go up.

This McDonald’s is great. The room is clean. WiFi is available. Service is fast and friendly. Zootopia II happy meal toys are on sale. I could not wait the movie after 10 years.

I used the mobile app to order went in got my food staff was a bit busy with the drive thru took a minute to get my meal the biscuit and gravy was delicious but a tad runny, hash brown was extremely hot and perfect so was my bagel appreciate the great experience

I buy today 2 Minecraft happy meals, adult and child and when I arrived to home (20mins far away) i realized not toys inside. I call the store and nobody takes. I drove back to the store to ask about it and the manager told me I am LYING about and fight against me for the toys, are you kidding me? Who want to come back after buy in drive thru for the toys!! After compliant and fight she gave me the toys but this is ridiculous. This lady it is terrible manager and zero customer service advocate!

We have at least 3 McDonald’s around here. This one is a little out of my way. But they are perfect. I go here maybe 5 times a year, and they treat me with great hospitality. The manager tonight was amazing. Hot fries. The ice cream machine works, thank you so much!! You guys rock. And the manager even better.

It’s not the healthiest. I get breakfast burritos and scrambled eggs many mornings, and coffee. I just workout harder to offset the health factors. It tastes great, and it’s very convenient in the mornings. I rack up free food on the app, so many times I swing by and grab a free fish sandwich. I get fries too sometimes, but that’s a treat, because we all know you shouldn’t eat a lot of non healthy food.

I redeemed points on the app for a McChicken for my daughter. When I arrive at the restraunt and click here my code disappears. This happens frequently mind you. I think no biggie because they’ve taken my name in replacement of the code. Employee at the microphone keeps repeating that I need the code and then asks me to come to the first window where there is now who I presume is the manager. I show him my receipt and he continues to tell me that I need the code even though I am showing him my receipt time stamped with date and time and my order placed for his store. He tells me I either am lying or placed it for the wrong location even though I am showing him that neither of those things are true. I drove away and went to Chick-fil-A instead. Terrible customer service.

Today I went and ordered myself a big mac. The sad thing is that I did not receive the biggest of the mac. Everything went wrong. When I asked to speak to a manager I got someone named Elizabeth and they were the rudest person Ive ever met in my 60 years on this planet. She was yelling at all her employees when everyone makes mistakes. She just does not care about anyone but herself. I tried to be nice but she was just super rude. She was just cussing everyone out for no reason. Overall I don’t believe this person should be working at this McDonald’s and I wont be coming here again.
