I asked for no pickles when I placed the order, and I also confirmed it again when I received the food. Why are there pickles in it? I really struggle with the taste and smell.

I wanted to ask for a replacement, but I couldn’t get through on the store’s phone number, and it was really inconvenient, so I ended up throwing it away.

I hope my order can be taken correctly next time.

The last three times I went through the drive-thru at this location I have been asked to ‘pull forward’ because they are unprepared for service. One time, after simply being told ,’no I will wait here until I am given the food I had already paid for’, the older gentleman who was at the delivery window became irate and verbally abusive to the point the manager had to pull him back and close the window. When I did get my food, everything was luke warm and barely edible. This is supposed to be FAST food and their lack of preparedness to meet the orders of customers is not our problem. The only method we have to force them to change their policies that puts customer service last is to stand our place in line and force them to meet their obligations instead of aquiescing to being shunted aside.

Went through drive thru and ordered 2 snack wraps (one with no ranch sub mayo, another no ranch with honey mustard on the side) and a medium fry. Total over speaker was $9.22. After getting our food, both snack wraps were no sauce (so mayo missing on one) and no honey mustard sauce on the side. Had to go back through drive thru and wait again to get it corrected. Now that I’m home and looking at my bank app, I was charged $10 even. Not the $9.22 quoted at drive thru.

What kind of an owner turns the heat to 80+ and then places the thermostat in a locked compartment inaccessible to his or her workers? The interior was so ridiculously hot and I was not the only customer complaining. I asked the manager to turn down the heat specifically the hot air blowing from vents scattered all across the restaurant and was told that she didn’t have access to the controls. Food is McDonald’s so no surprises positive or negative. Service was fine other than the inability to correct the absurd temperature issue.

We placed an order through the drive through around 12:30pm. When paying at the window my card was inserted to pay and a receipt did not print. They inserted my card again and un jammed the printer and gave me my receipt. I was told at the 2nd window to pull in spot 1 as they were waiting on chicken nuggets. While sitting in spot 1, I checked my bank account and saw I was charged twice. Once for my order and 10.99 for another order. After waiting in spot 1 for almost 15 minutes I went inside. Asked for a manager and multiple people came up and said the manager is in the back. I showed my bank statement telling them I was charged twice. Not sure if any of them were managers. At this point our food was ready almost 20 minutes after placing the order that they were supposed to bring out to my car in spot 1. They eventually gave me cash back for the extra order that was charged to my card. While I was in there another car that was waiting about 20 minutes came in asking where the rest of their order was, they were waiting on kids meals for about 20 minutes. We went back out to the car and I checked our bag to make sure we had everything, again after being charged twice and waiting 20 minutes. The 10 peice nuggets were missing from the bag. I went back into the store for a 2nd time and told them I was missing the nuggets that we had been waiting 20 minutes for and yet again asked to speak to a manager. Still dont know if whoever I talked to was a manager. While in there the 2nd time another lady was waiting at the counter for almost 20 minutes waiting on new food as her previous order she waited so long for was cold. At this point our food was cold and I asked for a full refund and we would go elsewhere to eat. This was all supposed to be through the drive through and I was in the store twice. This store location is absolutely terrible and very poorly managed. I will NEVER return to this location again and if it weren’t for my kids I wouldn’t return to any location again but my kids love Mc Donalds. This store needs help and re evaluated on management or having enough staff to handle the business or shut it down. This wasn’t the first poor experience we have had at this location but it is defiantly the last! Look up this day and time and see how long orders were taking and how many customers were having issues. Absolutely ridiculous!

I always snag an ice coffee every morning I recently moved to the area and tried this McDonald’s out. As I was pulling into the drive through I seen a big sign saying they had Mocha iced latte’s. Thinking to myself I should try something new, I ordered that exactly and the young man taking my order sounded kinda confused and asked “ mocha or latte? “ I responded with “latte?” As I’m looking at the big sign in front of me on the fence that says “iced mocha latte” . So I’m not sure if that was a trick question but they definitely got me. I pay my 7$ at the window then was asked to pull to the front to wait for my drink. I wait for not even one minute and the manager comes out and hands me a hot coffee/latte. I try handing it back and stating I wanted an iced latte , she then starts to argue with me about if I said hot or ice while ordering. I definitely said ice like three times while ordering but that beside the point now. This managers attitude was absolutely foul and needs to be checked. If she does not like working at McDonald’s at 8am then go home please don’t ruin my day with your nasty attitude over a coffee….

I have always loved McDonald’s as a child. I guess I’m just grown down. I ordered a $6 meal deal and was so disappointed in the nuggets which were room temperature the wrapping of the burger was greasy and poorly made. The burger was bland and seemed to been thrown together. I do realize it was lunch time but at the same time the quality of McDonald’s has gone down.I learned my lesson

Dirty space, poor service, and horribly prepared food. I have ate at this McDonald’s several times and always wish I had just driven down the road to another location. Today was the last straw, I pulled my burger out to find oil running out of the wrapping and a slimy burger dripping in oil so badly I can’t imagine how it was prepared. Don’t waste your time there are at least 2 others within a 5 minute drive.

i ordered on door dash, i ordered 2 fish fillets with no tartar sauce and a buger kids meal with extra pickles. fish fillets from mcds are a longtime safe food and today was a bad food day so i got em so i could at the least eat a lunch today. my fish fillets were cheeseless with 2 side containers of tartar sauce, they even labeled them as plain. the kids meal was fine but it wasnt for me so i just have 2 fish fillets im not going to be able to eat bc they somehow goofed a thing as sinple as no tartar sauce. idk if the staff is overworked or not so idk the reason why this smiple thing got bunked up. im not ordering or driving to this location anymore im sorry, i hope yall improve in the future for other customers sake.
