This bad rating is only for the food and the accuracy and service AFTER THE ORDER TAKER GIRL.
The girl who took our order was top notch great!! We even told her she did fantastic and we appreciated her. She got the order right first time telling her and was welcoming kind sweet polite just perfect!
But after it left her work whoever made the order and the one who gave us our food absolutely failed. Unfriendly, poor customer skills etc. Then the food itself old cold and gross.
IT WAS BUSY!!! how has this place two times I’ve been here and been busy cars wrapped around the building and fries and sandwiches cold old and stale. HOW?
How many order slips is needed to get the order right?? Wanted a burger! Like how?

I’m not typically one to leave a bad review unless the service I receive is REALLY bad. Went through the drive thru and ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 fries. One sandwich they didn’t even ring in at all I noticed when I saw the receipt, but we were just like whatever and didn’t say anything, they were busy and I didn’t want to make a fuss. But I got to the second window they give us a bag and it only had our fries, so we loop back around and tell them over the intercom they forgot our sandwiches. They told us to come inside the lobby and I’m just like seriously? We’re disabled, which is why we chose to go through the drive thru in the first place. I just pulled forward and told the person at the window and she was nice and just told me to pull up to the next window. Get to the next window and we explain we didn’t get our sandwiches and the person at the second window acts like we’re lying and swears they only forgot one of them and asks to see the bag. We show them the bag with only fries in it, they close the window, bring us another bag and I assume they gave us both sandwiches and then see they still only gave us one.
Honestly at this point I’m more mad about basically being accused of be dishonest than not getting the order correct. Like I was polite and I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I know they’re busy and it was likely just an honest mistake and the sandwich got put in the wrong bag or something. We’re all human, it happens. But I wasn’t being rude or anything, I just wanted the mistake corrected and was disrespected and still didn’t get what I paid for.

With it being Thanksgiving, I understand the employees would probably rather be anywhere else but I’m thankful for their dedication and for serving those of us who are traveling. The young lady at the payment window was cheerful and courteous. I didn’t catch her name but she had a few tattoos on her neck.

Stopped at McDonald’s for a Double Quarter Pounder with fries. The service was quick and efficient, which I appreciate when grabbing a fast meal. However, the food itself was a bit disappointing this visit. The burger was overly greasy, making it heavier than expected, and my request to remove the onions wasn’t followed. The fries were only lukewarm instead of hot and fresh, which took away from the overall experience. It wasn’t a terrible meal, but it definitely didn’t live up to what I usually expect from this location. There’s room for improvement, especially with order accuracy and food temperature.

My friend was sitting in the lobby this morning while the lobby the lobby was open, she was quite & polite respectful…she was asked to leave! I don’t come to get food from McDonalds because I don’t think it’s all that great in general but the drinks are fine. The major problem is the staff, they’re so rude from jump like damn I just wanted a water. I asked for a sprite once and the lady could’ve simply just asked me to speak up but no she shouts hello in a rude tone and then tells me I sound like I’m in the other lane. Like uncalled for. I always try to be polite and say thank you but they don’t even look my way. It just makes me think “this is why I don’t come to McDonalds” it’s incredibly off putting.

This is the worst McDonald’s in the State of Ohio. I’ve been to McDonald’s in low to high populated and busy areas but this one is the Worst!
I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes to have my order incorrectly filled and was told I had to come in to get the medium fries, where I found no one to help me. Only with an elevated tone asking for help did someone come to the counter. But even after taking the order there was no urgency… I was asked again what I had ordered before receiving my order moments later as the guy who took the order went to the back.
What’s wrong with your customer service, performance (quality and time) metrics?
Whatever happened to McDonald’s?
Maybe it is time for AI to take over the back office of McDonald’s, do all the flipping and bagging.
There’s no service in the current model… the drive thru and dine/order in is an epic fail!
Call me if you desire to re-engineer this service model to create experiences again that are enjoyable, timely and accurate but until then, I’ll do a hard Pass at this location forever.

they did not get my order right and the food that i did get was old. the nugs were older than a day. reheated under a heat lamp or refried. it seems the managers or owner are cutting costs by serving old unused food

Basic but needed something fast.
Big Mac is no longer big and was actually fairly dry. There barely was any big mac sauce on it. The pickle was probably the best part of the sandwich. The fries were fresh and my sweet tea was very sweet. I used the drive thru. Customer service was fast and friendly.

I just moved in this neighborhood and already i HATE this McDonald’s. They took monopoly pieces off food boxes. They are always standing around and burgers be old. Fries are always fresh but I’m almost certain that’s because they always eating them. It’s not hard to deliver great customer service, especially at McDonald’s, just serve fresh food with a smile, damn. And clean the damn tables. This location will not get my money. Get it together.
