Decided to try that new big arch Burger I ordered my sandwich told them no pickles I decided to check my food they only gave me one slice of cheese so I had to go back in there and get the rest of my cheese soon as I get home and relax take a bite out of my burger there’s a square piece of brown paper between my meat, so I brought my food back got my money back, the manager did not care she just said what you want I just told her I would like my money back and will not be returning to this McDonalds

There was a true gentleman taking orders 10/21/25 around 10pm he was EXTREMELY POLITE! I have never ever received such great service from someone at any fast food restaurant! Please let him know he is greatly appreciated and after a long day that was a perfect way to end the evening. I pray that young man makes it far in the franchise! Or if he wishes to move on where he goes I pray he succeeds! That’s someone that realizes that you treat every job big or small of upmost importance! Thank you so much!

Do you enjoy wasting $5 on DoorDash and then having to drive to the restaurant anyway because they messed up your order? Then this McDonalds is the place for you! My last two orders have been missing items so I’ve had to drive and get the items myself, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid by paying for DoorDash. When I went in, they said there was nothing they could do to make things right.
Do not order DoorDash from this place. And if you use the drive-thru, absolutely check your order carefully before you leave.

I went for breakfast not my first time having a problem at this location. I ordered oatmeal it was very dry I also ordered a stake McGriddle it wasn’t even stake it was sausage. I am going to contact someone higher up. Due to the fact I called to Address the situation and didn’t get an answer. Paid for honey packets with my meal. I’m sick and I cannot leave home. I had to double pay for honey packs. Didn’t put a straw in the bag for my drink for my Uber order. They will not answer the phone. I want a refund for what was on my order and what isn’t in my bag.
The Uber driver did an amazing job. Y’all really need to get it together. I understand y’all are busy but there’s no excuse for being unprofessional and having others double pay for something so small. What turned into a comfort snack has turned into a nightmare. The food is great though. Thank you for your hard work on making good food but please for the love of God if you’re going to make someone pay for those little packets please put them in the bag.

A whole bunch of kids work there with bad customer service. no hello its what can i get you. they always playing around and got my order wrong, I literally ordered one thing.. they were playing around when I got to the window. instead of trying to correct my order she tells me what was rung up. I’m am losing money because I can’t get refunds when McDonald’s employees doesn’t put items in my bag. Just yesterday, I ordered 3 cheeseburgers a Fry and nuggets and they didn’t bag my nuggets. I requested a refund and was defined. Money lost. Today, I ordered a happy meal, 2 cheeseburgers, 2 frys, a sweet tea, and nuggets. Again my order is incorrect, and the happy meal is missing. Again, I would like a refund for both orders because I’m LOSING MONEY ordering here and not receiving my items. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ORDERING FROM HERE!!!
