Placed a mobile order at 9:21pm I was only 5 minutes away arrived store was dark. Employee sitting down inside on his phone. Woman on speaker says they are closed. Then why did it accept my order? So I wasted gas to get there. No compensation for inconvenience. Then i asked how to cancel my order she said on the speaker just hit cancel in the app? Where? SMH. I received email at midnight my order was cancelled. If you’re going to close. Shut down the mobile app!

Stopped by to rest and stretch on our road trip. The store looks new, the seating area is big and fairly clean, washroom also being taken good care, caring and friendly staffs.
We’re here after Valentine’s day but there was still Valentine decor on the wall and ceiling. Want to give them extra points for put into work and dedication to the place.

I went inside the service was quick The food was hot and came to me quick and it was very good clean nice environment I recommend it and I don’t like fast food a lot but I was trying to get back home I had several hours to drive so I stopped there The burgers were not sloppy everything was cooked perfect the fries were not upside down in your bag so if you’re there I would suggest going through that McDonald’s friendly people good atmosphere

I stopped by this McDonald’s around 4:00 AM and went through the drive-thru. The employee told me their system was updating and that it would be about 10 minutes, and asked me to wait in the parking lot instead of the line.

I waited the full 10 minutes, then went back through the drive-thru — only to be told it would be another 10 minutes. At that point, I was pretty frustrated. I understand systems need to update, but I didn’t expect something like that to take over 20 minutes or more.

It would’ve been helpful if they had clearer communication or posted hours for when updates happen, so customers know what to expect. Overall, a disappointing experience, especially that early in the morning when you just want a quick bite.

Started at Rome Hilliard Rd “system down be like 15 minutes” don’t know why they leave the lights on when they are closed but hey it’s how they roll. So I figured I’d hit the store on Alum Creek heading into the industrial park and I sit while I guess they get the system up and running there. Two drive thru lines just sitting for like 10 minutes without a word then they start taking orders from only one side car after car after car I had to get out and remind them that they have two lanes. Took a minute but they caught on. Finally order close to 20 minutes after arriving (second car in line at the wrong speaker I guess) I order my usual Late with an extra shot wait in line to pay just to be told the all to familiar “I’m so sorry our machine is being cleaned” wow I am totally commited to never giving a 24 hour McDonald’s another dime of mine I’ll stick with the good folks at Main Street Hilliard
YMMV but they will get you sooner or later

Me and my husband stopped here on our way home from Columbus around roughly 2:00pm planning to dine in. The restrooms seemed relatively clean however in the dining room tables were in rough shape. Once we got our food although we chose table service we received it as if we had chosen carry out which I know isn’t the end of the world but it was confusing as hell. However the 2 people who brought it to us were nice . Unfortunately after we got our food that’s when everything took a turn. There was 2 people (I assume were managers) sitting in the left corner of the restaurant carrying on an abruptly loud conversation with what seemed To be customers for roughly 5- 10 minutes. Once the others in the conversation had returned to their positions a team member roughly younger had approached the (for lack of better terms because I don’t know her name) black female manager asking about their vacation time and pay during that time period and the manager almost instantly caught a unprofessional attitude with the employee as if it was a inconvenience that she had to pay/work around them and their rightfully earned time. Including after the employee had walked away she continued to speak about them saying she “wasn’t gonna tolerate childish bullshit and vacation pay wasn’t a guaranteed luxury ” as well as implying that the said employee had priorly asked a separate manager the same question going behind her back. Mind you we were in the restaurant for roughly 45 minutes… LESS THEN 20 minutes later The same manager starts a new conversation with someone and instead of maintaining a proper speaking volume she proceeds to speak in a tone that she may as well have been yelling her conversation into a megaphone. Unfortunately she was aware of this because she made multiple comments about how her voice liked to travel and acted like
It was a regular occurrence paying no mind to me and my husband or the other customers in the lobby. It was just extremely rude considering she was a manager of the establishment. Just unfortunately an over all negative experience and I don’t think I’ll be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Ordered a happy meal boo basket through DoorDash (along with a large fry and 3 chocolate chip cookies) and didn’t receive the boo basket happy meal, only the drink that came with it. So ordered again and got the boo basket happy meal and cookie tote, received the cookie tote and the boo basket, but no meal/food or drink that came with it ‍♀️ bags were sealed too so it was not dashers fault. This location clearly doesn’t know how to read and follow orders

Stopped here on our way to the air show- they were Uber busy and managed nicely.

Only feedback is to watch putting items in the bag. The potato cake wasn’t in its sleeve.

The bagels were hot and not too sloppy.
