This place in not inviting or do the workers at the gas station have customer service or good attitudes. Ran in to get some food from the McDonald’s that I mobile ordered. While leaving walking past the counter at the gas station, I asked for the code for the bathroom. The guy said go to McDonald’s. I turned around and had to wait on a manager to get me access 10 min just waiting. Will never recommend this place for McDonald’s or Gas station hope the McDonald’s corporation investigate this company for customer service well below their standards.

The lady who made our tones on this particular day did an outstanding job. Thankfully this time they were more than an inch tall. So they were worth the price for the amount of ice cream that was on the cone. The young man at the drive-thru window was friendly as well as the young lady who gave us our ice cream.

I don’t know where to start with this McDonald’s because this is the worst one I’ve ever seen. To start off with yesterday when I walked into the store, someone let their dog crap right in front of the door and everybody was just tracking the dog crap everywhere around the entrance. And then I thought I’d give them another chance, but just go through the drive-through and I ordered a caramel macchiato only to get a cup of scalding hot water with I can only assume hot chocolate mix But mostly water. Do better McDonald’s clearly you don’t have your employees trained properly and quite possibly even lazy managers

#disabilityreview: I was raised pretty much in this neighborhood. I respect there being a place for the people in the neighborhood to go to Easily to get to as a job but we all are struggling and I also struggle and at the moment that I decided to order something it was because my stomach was pretty much turning from something else that I had drank or ate and I was trying to resolve that. So I asked for my sandwich in a certain manner, which included light sauce and I had to wait and it still couldn’t be given to me the way that I asked for it. And I understand that mistakes can be made but you know I worked fast food before there has to be some quality assurance. There has to be some check-in in place or someone who is able to be mindful on each and every job, everywhere because people don’t jump over the counter at places because of some fries. They’re probably jumping over the counter because it’s their last dollar and you mess it up because they’re trying to feed their kids and it’s messed up. That’s why people get upset and angry and we understand your position too. This isn’t the most well-paid job I guess. I’m sorry for our condition all the way around. And part of me for posting this instead of calling but most times when you call a fast food place around lunch can’t get somebody to come on the phone. It takes too long to explain and I get so many orders messed up not ihere. Not here at this location. Just period Because I’m always out driving so I posted it but I wanted to say also that like some of us have medical conditions. You know what I’m saying. Some people need to put something solid on their stomach so when it’s not or they might have allergies. So when it’s not made the way that they asked it can make them sicker.

I have visited this McDonald’s fast food that shares a space with a Shell gas station a few times. Also it’s located right of route 104. I would say that the drive thru is faster than ordering inside the restaurant. For lunch, I usually order the Big Mac combo or the two cheeseburgers combo. For breakfast, I order the sausage McMuffin with egg combo or the sausage burrito combo. Their coffee is good. Parking on both sides of the restaurant. Friendly staff. Decent prices.

Well, the food tasted good once we sorted out them putting a sausage patty on my egg and cheese biscuit and putting cheese on my wifes sausage only biscuit. The hash browns were good. They seem to have an order accuracy issue when busy.

….they have nothing it seems. Biscuits are trash(dry as dry can be and seem old). Monopoly pieces non-existent. Can’t use your mcds app code. Told to wait a SEC for the bathroom code then ignored for several minutes. Thank you to the young employee who asked if I needed any service. Prolly only saving grace in the place. Can’t recommend going to this McDonald’s, it wasn’t busy and my order still was managed to get messed up. They shorted me on my 10 piece nugget. Also nuggets were terrible as if they had been sitting and not recently cooked. I highly recommend avoiding this McDonald’s.
