I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. I paid $21 for my meal, and it was a total mess from start to finish. First, I specifically asked for no onions on my food, and guess what? There were onions on it anyway. Then, when I asked to add another drink, the staff refused to service me, saying they wouldn’t serve me anything extra. How is that even a policy?
To top it off, my large fries were not super hot and filled all the way, and I paid for EXTRA fudge—yet, as you can see I’ve attached pictures, they clearly didn’t include it. I’m honestly shocked by the level of carelessness. When we’re paying for extra items, we expect to get what we paid for. I know I have not been the only person to have a bad experience. I typically don’t have many issues at this location but this was …. Terrible

They are constantly telling drive-thru cars to “pull around and park”, obviously in order to hit some speed-of-service metric. On my last visit I sat for 10 minutes before going inside and asking about my order, none of the employees were aware I was out there and they then had to prepare it. I don’t mind the pull around thing, but this store abuses it terribly.

Mcdonald’s is McDonald’s is McDonald’s. The service at some is better than the service than others. The two that I frequent have a vast difference in the service levels due to communication issues. I totally support the fact that they employ a diverse and absolutely positive attitude across the board

The parking lot need to be redesigned the handicap parking should not be so far from the building. It inconvenience those that are already disabled and have trouble walking

Ordered online through the app. Pulled into the drive thru ant 2:40pm and only one car was ahead of us. We were then told to pull around to spot 1 and waited for 13 minutes until one of us went inside.
After getting someone’s attention he said it was because they did not have ice cream. He talked to who I’m assuming was the manager. Their monitors were all black and our food was right in front of him. So it was not very warm by the time we got it. And about the being out of ice cream is completely fine, but someone should have brought us our food and explained that outside.

Placed an order through the app went to pick up my order was told that this 24 hour store closed at 11 PM. This has happened quite frequently with this store being closed early when it’s saying it is a 24 hour store if this is not correct this needs to be updated, but I also asked for a refund and they told me I had to go on the app to do it not true they needed to handle my refund. I am highly upset with your manager who handled this situation. You need to retrain everybody in that store. their customer service is crappy

We waited in the drive thru line for 10 to 15 minutes and when it was finally our turn to order, a rude girl came over the speaker and announced, “I’m only doing DoorDash and deliveries now!”
