Fries was cold and dark even tho we ordered 5 minutes or so after breakfast. It was like the fries were cooked 10- 15 minutes before the end of breakfast and sat under the warmer light. We asked for fresh fries and they was remainder and brought out to our car. Also they are skimpy with the ketchup. Glad I had a few extra packs in my car. Other than that everything was great. Bonus points… They give u more than 1-2 napkins per person unlike MOST places. I will return. Actually I returned today 2/25/2026 and did a repeat order of yesterday.

I was in this McDonald’s tonight and the woman made me and another man come to the counter when we used the self service kiosk and they are suppose to bring the food out to you. I didn’t really have a problem going up to the counter and getting the food. Woman did say she was sorry. Based on what I saw over the next 20 minutes this McDonald’s seems to have a staffing issue

Used to live right next to this location. Went in and ordered a shamrock shake when it was in season. The guy just gave me a Vanilla mcflurry and threw the shamrock mix on top of it right in front of me, didnt mix it in or anything, didnt acknowledge me and walked to the back, just overall strangely rude and unpleasant experience on multiple levels. Tasted like liquid tooth paste since it wasnt mixed in, just ended up tossing it. Not the only bad experience with this location either.

Terrible! It’s unfortunate to know that individuals have lost their integrity when it comes to providing good, even sub par, service. This location is unable to assess and resolve issues that are brought to their attention via McDonald’s corporate customer support service. It seems that the business ignores issues rather than addressing them. Ultimately, the business’s lack of focus on providing quality service would be at the fault of the restaurant’s franchisee, Alex Mendoza owner and operator of The Mendoza Company LLC. Per corporate McDonalds, McDonalds has stated that the franchise operators are responsible for the issues at their location(s). The LLC is responsible for 15 other locations in the Columbus, OH area which all seem to share the similarity of providing bad service and not caring about their customers, as well as other issues. It is very clear that The Mendoza Company is profit focused and lacks the strengths of a company that considers their customers. Absolutely shameful.

I placed an online order at 11:24pm and got to the store at 11:50 I sat at the drive thru window until 12:22 until anyone even talked to me to figure out why I was there. I understand they were busy but to wait over 30min for someone to acknowledge me is a little ridiculous. I also tried to get someone attention and they looked at me and just completely ignored me.

I came for DoorDash I was then let into the lobby I was trying to get my DoorDash and go. Employees kicked me out and I wasn’t even In There two seconds! Then more oooel went in after me and walked out with their order ! How do I get kicked out after walking in and they tell me they’re closed by they serve more people that go on after me ? Then I sat in the drive through for an hour and nobody is helping drive through they keep saying be with you in a minute but I sat here over 60 minutes !! Terrible customer services as someone who’s worked at McDonald’s for years this is just sad !

A great McDonald’s. Service is always fast and friendly that they show a lot of smile. Once they made a good looking ice cream for me. However, they need make sure that tables are clean. WiFi is sometimes unavailable.

This location always disappoints. They have you pull forward and wait forever only to not even make the food the way it’s ordered and leave out stuff we paid for. We’ve only eaten from this location a handful of times, and they have never made the food right. We won’t be making this mistake again.

We came through and immediately was greeted by a new employee who clearly seems to be a minor, she was very rude toned. We asked for 2 number 7 meals like we do every time we come in and at first she rang us up for just 2 cheeseburgers. We asked for large diet cokes, she then charged us for one. We said no we would like for them to be meals, she proceeds to make only one meal and charge us for a separate drink. We tell them we wanted 2 meals, and they got upset with us because I said she was not listening properly to us and made me use my code on only one meal and then I was not able to use it again on the second. Which they then charged us for 2 cheeseburgers and a separate fry, so we then had to initially pay for more even though we were trying to get the cheapest option. I then call to complain about her very rude attitude and how she was actively banging our card off of the counter waiting for me to get a second code huffing the entire time and giving us attitude every time she spoke. The manager then lies to me and says he was standing right there and she was not rude. You made us pay more for food when we shouldn’t have had to. And was very rude. We also asked for only 2 of the cheeseburgers to be made ketchup only and they made all 4 of them ketchup only. And two of them have no cheese. Like you guys acted very immature.
