Need to pay more attention to making product sandwiches were undercooked Both of my sandwiches were pink in the middle. I couldn’t even finish my food. Had to throw it out. DoorDash refused to give me my money back and told me to reach out to The Store in the morning.Please be mindful when handling a customers food this can make a lot of people sick and making sure everything is in their bag and not missing

I have to say this morning the manager went out of the way to make sure that things were right. I ordered my breakfast, and it was so quick. I did make a special request to my sandwich but didn’t check it as I was going to check in the car. I had no longer sat in the car and she had come outside as she realized she gave me the wrong sandwich and took back the whole bag and then brought back the correct order. Any other time, people just say oh well but she didn’t. Thank you and it made for a very good start to my morning ❤️

I could not get anyone to take my order. I saw employees standing around talking and socializing,. No employees were working. I kept waiting. Finally, I asked if anyone would take my order. Nope! Employees continued to socialize and act uninterested in customers. I walked out and took my business down the street for lunch. Where are the managers at lunchtime at this location at 1972 North High Street?

I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s during the late hours. The staff was unprofessional, yelling at customers, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. On top of that, the wait time for orders was excessively long. I understand that working late can be tough, but the service and attitude at this location need serious improvement. Definitely not the kind of experience you’d expect from McDonald’s.

I am an Uber delivery driver.
Had this typed up after an experience, did not post gave this restaurant a few more chances. So now, here’s that experience.
1st person checks my order walks away, I assumed they’re looking for the order (I’m a delivery driver), after ten minutes a 2nd staff come up check my order and notify that they handed it off to another person.(I assumed it would be remade since there was no clear answer whether they would) Then after another 5-10 minutes of standing a third person the manager checks my order, looks at her screen not saying nothing. At this point of standing awaiting (also have another person awaiting on my route ) I was frustrated. I then ask this manager on the status whether this order would be remade, her first words to me ‘i cant keep losing money on these orders’. How about don’t be vague and give a clear answer instead you guys waste someone’s time nonchalantly doing dance moves behind the counter not even working. My time matters as well
The manager saying I came at her rudely, (I don’t agree I wanted to know the status) maybe because at that point of standing 15-20 minutes without a clear added to my frustration ♂️ Costumer service is on a real decline it seems. (Maybe they expected I have a mind reading ability to know whether they’d be remaking or not)

I had blue glass in my drink my son also had the same thing as me. I end up swollen glass and started to bleed I reported door dash now I’m gonna contact a higher company because I could have died in this situation. I had to stop my son for drinking the drink I also looked at the meat on my burger and it was red and uncooked.. the fries was old I will never step foot in another McDonald or order from them ever again worst service I ever received please check your food from this place it’s life threatening..! Can’t even eat I have to go to the hospital..

I had an online order for a fillet o fish with double patties. Paid extra for it, still got mine with one patty. Not only that, i had a large sprite but they somehow messed up my drink too and gave me a regular soda.

Ordered a large Hot mocha and they tried giving me a small iced moacha and when i got the hot it was literally only half full… I paid extra for a large not a small in a large cup. Waste of money honestly

I don’t think i have ever had a positive experience here. Missing items, cold food, filthy interior, and the employees have outright ignored me several times. The quality of the food is noticeably lower than other McDonalds.
