Been here 3 times since I have moved here and all 3 times I have had a ridiculous wait time and I also receive food that isn’t made correctly or just absolutely neglectful and just absolute slop the managers walk around in shorts and crocks which is very unsanitary I hate to think of the foot crust that Flys around in the air getting on the food that is made. Just went to Memorial location asked for a small strawberry shortcake mcflurry and was told we can’t do ice cream. Can’t say I’m surprised because that’s the usual response, but thought maybe since they had a new McFlurry flavor they would actually be working today so go to the pay window and ask when it’s going to be back up and that guy says oh it’s up as far as I know so I don’t know what their problem is if they don’t want to do it or just too lazy to make it or what the problem is but it gets really annoying every time you go there and try to order something especially when it’s advertised on your big sign by the road and you don’t even have it available.

The McDonalds have gotten extremely dirty. The bathroom is so bad that you are standing on wet floors. As a handicapped person, I found not only are the restrooms terrible, but the restaurant is very dirty. I love the little handicap cleaning girls and understand their weaknesses and realize that if they had been better trained, you would not have such a filthy shop

My wife and I were enjoying our lunch when I had to go tinkle. As I walked out of the restroom, I noticed my wife and Grimace kissing one another, boy was I mad. But then I thought, ” He is kind of cute and all” so I decided to join them. I would call this a Happy Meal. Grimace’s wife was out of town, I don’t think she ever found out to this day.

The drive thru is typically very slow. The food is hit or miss. You never know whether they’ll get your order correct or not. They tend to forget items often.

This McDonald’s is an absolute joke. We pulled in and ordered our food, an were NOT offered a receipt and then were told to pull into a spot to wait for our order. Food was brought to 6 or 7 other people why we were waiting. We asked for 1/2 cut tea and they gave us full sweet and when we questioned it the lady that was bringing food out said “what’s 1/2 cut? What does that mean?”

The grimace birthday meal is extremely misleading. They show the grimace shake with it priced at $7.20 or something for the big Mac, however after purchasing it and the 10 mcnuggets one I was charged $3.59 twice for a grimace shake. At no point in time did I say I wanted a shake with it, so that should mean the shake came with it. But why the extra price for it. Two meals came out to $21. Will not be doing that again.

Been here 3 times in a 2 week period keep shorting the fries they fill the large ones only half way for the price they charge not work it, and the skinny manager with blond hair has an additude when you ask her somthing not very friendly.
