This McDonald’s is ridiculous. I will drive across town just to receive better quality food. I work hard for my money just to spend 10+ dollars on a meal that isn’t even made the correct way. I ordered the most popular item a Big Mac meal and they can’t even make this sandwich correct. RIDICULOUS. I’m not asking a whole lot a cheeseburger and fries. I don’t recommend this McDonald’s.

This McDonald’s is always hit and miss. There’s almost always something wrong with the order. Tonight I ordered 2 mcChickens and a snack wrap and my lettuce in the mcChickens were brown. I’m servsafe certified but you don’t have to be in order to know you shouldn’t serve brown lettuce.

Awful service every time we go, either something is forgotten or we are treated like a nuisance for getting in the drive through. We ordered 3 mcdoubles only mayo and the girl taking our order kept punching in double cheeseburgers add Mac sauce. When we tried to call attention to it by telling her mcdoubles and not double cheeseburgers, she acted like she was hitting the wrong buttons on accident and said she was going to fixit but still charged us for 3 double cheeseburgers we had to get it fixed when we pulled up to the window because the employee obviously thought she knew better… Even interrupted us when we tried to help. Maybe next time listen to the customer about their order and not what YOU think they want. Just going to start going to the memorial location as the reviews for this location say enough.

Get pulled up and waited 10 minutes for 2 mcchickens when there wasn’t a lot of business. Next time I am missing one of my chicken nuggets and both the sauces, 3rd time they make both my large iced coffee and large frappe in medium sizes and then want to argue with me when I kindly asked them to correct it and it says the size of the cup right on the side of the cup and I’ve ordered these multiple times. This is the last 3 experiences I’ve had here in the past couple of weeks and will be the last.

Girl at the drive thru handed me a smoothie with a broken lid and a literal mess dripping down the side and no napkins. Then she got attitude when I insisted she pour it into a new cup. the manager has been there too long and is visibly burnt out and over it. The whole place is a joke ran by clowns. Got pulled up to spot 2 waited for 20 mins decided to go in wait only to be completely ignored for another 15 mins.
So after 35 minutes Finally got an answer my food had been done for god knows how long and everything was cold. I was not waiting anymore and left.
0/10 do not recommend if they ask you to pull up just say no.

My grandson which is 5 years old loves your nuggets chicken nuggets french fries and he gets a high c which he don’t usually drink all of it because we don’t allow him have carbonated drinks You’re double cheeseburgers you can put more pickles on them other than that the french fries are great wait times a little slow with the two lines merging into each other so it was about a half hour wait

I ordered on the mobile app and picked it up in the drive-thru, and upon arriving home, I noticed I was missing a chicken nugget and I also did not have the ranch sauce. I am currently pregnant, and this was very devastating. I had a really strong craving for nuggets, I needed them, and when I looked in the bag, it was just gone. It is not hard to count to 6. You all may want to start having your employees count to 10 during the job interview.

I was a daily regular but today that ended. I sat at the 2nd drivethru lane and they let 3 people from the other lane order and did not even take my order. They will also make you pull up and wait longer just for a SIMPLE basic sandwich. Never going back.
