This would be my first time trying the fish filet at this location, and I will never try it again. I came late night just to grab something quick and try the fish sandwich. The fish was dry and hard seems like it was just sitting in a warming unit and not dropped fresh. If this seems ok to serve to your guest that’s ridiculous. If you wouldn’t eat it don’t serve it to people. I paid for this food and expect to eat at least decent quality. Terrible first time experience.

I used to go here since they are pretty consistent with having the orders correct and the customer service is good. Arguably one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve been foolish enough to give them chance after chance only to be disappointed every time. I once went through just for a happy meal, drove home only to see that it only had 2 nuggets in the box, no sauce, no toy. I have yet to ever receive anything that comes with sauce on it not have an entire bucket dumped on it. If I could give them a 0/5 I would.

We just had the most terrible experience ever. We have lived here since 2018. Have been coming to this McDonald’s ever since. Today we went like normal. Not only were they rude but racist. first, we went there riding our bikes, which we understand. They wouldn’t accept taking orders because we were on bikes. But before we went through the drive-through, we tried to go inside not only they not let us in. But they actually let other people in, but purposely ignored us. They told us they wouldn’t take our order unless we came back in the car. So we went home we live down the street on Richard Avenue and got our car. When we went back and went to the speaker The lady started to talk to us and then just disappeared. We kept saying hello and waited 10 minutes, but nobody came back to the speaker. We ended up driving up to the window and asking what happened in the lady not only proceeded to yell at us, but as if we even speak English. We said yes, we were waiting 10 Minutes at the speaker, someone was talking then just left. She told us we will have to go back around and that she was not serving us. We told her that was not fair so she proceeded to call the cops on us We were being rude and disturbin. We explained to the Officer that we tried to go inside, but they purposely ignored us. Then we try to go through the drive-through, but they proceeded to purpose And that it wasn’t fair and all we did was ask what we did wrong. They proceeded to trespass us and make us leave our car there and have someone else to go get our car. I am more than offended. We’ve been going here for years and have never experienced something like this before.

Ordered food from this place through doordash and it was awful. Soaking in grease, no drinks, the 20 pc mcnugget came with 1 nugget and a burned piece of mccrispy chicken and missing 2 WHOLE MEALS. Quality control here is abysmal after 10pm.

Came here at 12:39 am on February 21 and whoever was on the speaker was so rude for no reason, i don’t come to McDonalds often so I don’t know the whole menu and she was speaking to me with such a passive aggressive tone about me not knowing what the 2b sandwich was called. Ordered on the mobile app after I got off work and headed to the store. Mobile app and google say the store is 24/7 but when I got there all of the equipment was off and was unable to get my food. There were several employees inside the store and they looked at me as I pulled past to the order window. Don’t take my money and waste my time just to be closed, it’s ridiculous.

I think this location might have the most friendly employees of any McDonald’s I’ve been at in Ohio. They’ve gotten my order slightly wrong before, and I wasn’t even upset, bc they’re so nice about it.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Ordered a bacon and cheese bagel meal I received a sausage egg and cheese bagel meal. So I won’t be eating my sandwich. This location just keeps getting worse with getting orders correct or actually giving you all the food you order. This is not the first time this happened.
