I placed a Wed order and when I was at the speaker I also asked of I could possibly have just a cup of ice and I would pay for it. I was told to ask at the window when I got my food. When the woman handed me the bag I again asked if I could have a cup of ice and was told to pull to the second window. I pulled up and waited for 10 minutes before pulling off finally. When I got home after not understanding the difficulty of a cup of ice I go to eat and my bagel sandwich is burnt. How can someone making the sandwich feel like that’s okay?

Yesterday I went and asked for two medium fries cooked to order as well as a 6 piece nugget. I stated I didn’t mind waiting for these items and the lady rung them up well done and I told her that I wanted them cook to order not well done and she said cook to order is well done and working in a fast food place I know that it’s not. I called and the manager was really nice and said if I came back today I could get them remade. I came back today and the lady on the speaker said to pull up to the first window and there would be a manager waiting we got to the first window and they said just go to the second window didn’t really seem to care just like they wanted us out of the way. We get to the second window the lady hands the food out the window and says have a nice day ( we still haven’t got to speak to the manager ) we tell her we’re supposed to speak to the manager and she’s gets a attitude and then tells us go to the next window. Again felt like they just wanted me out of their face. Finally I get to the third window where they said someone would be waiting and there was no one there so I was waiting again. I got my food but the service was pretty disrespectful compared to how it usually is and it was pretty disappointing.

I don’t know what is going on with fast food. Simple order, I ordered and french vanilla iced coffee. Was so excited, I hadn’t had one in so long. I got my coffee and drove off to go to the store. I take a big drink and almost got sick, no sugar at all. It was so bitter. I went in the store and bought my sugar packets I usually get and tried to sweeten it up, it was just awful. I give up.

Used the drive-thru to get a Happy Meal for my kid and an ice cream cone for myself. I drove off without my ice cream. I went back and they didn’t give me any issues when I walked in and said I drove off without my ice cream. The Sprite at this place was the best I have tasted.

My biggest issue is not being able to order mcchickens on the app. Otherwise, food is fast, and the burgers seem to actually have some aesthetics. Close to my hotel I stayed which was great for when we got back late

Placed a mobile order for curbside. Selected my spot on the app and waited for 5-10 minutes and nobody showed up. Went in to inquire at the register and was told, “You’re gonna have to ask someone else.” No one else at the pickup area would acknowledge my presence. My order was not anywhere to be found even though I had an emailed receipt for that location. Called McDonalds corporate. They instructed the store to give me a refund (because remember these are franchises) and the store did NOT refund my card. We all know the app sucks and is always malfunctioning, but it’s how the store handled it. I will not be supporting this franchise McDonalds location at the very least. Basically, I have been stolen from…no follow through from that day onward. Not a happy customer.
