I have complained at least a dozen times that these people do not know that the fish sandwich is supposed to be on a steamed bun not toasted.

I wish this was not the only convenient McDonald’s available on my route to work. I work nights and have tried to order hot Cafe Mochas on my way in, but this store appears to always clean their machine between 6pm and 630pm. After several attempts, I quit trying and ordered a frappe instead, only to get a cup full of chopped ice (see photo). In the future, I’ll just save my money or leave home early and go out of my way for my caffeine fix. The staff members aren’t pleasant at all. I understand being busy at work, but I also know that a positive attitude, a welcoming smile, etc. makes a difference.

I really just wish the simplest of orders could be filled out right, and without attitude from the workers. Ordered a Big Mac, no onion. This is printed on the outside of the box. Open the sandwich to not only find it slathered in onion, but burnt onions as well.

This is what this McDonald’s deems acceptable and edible. two 10 piece mcnuggets looked like this dry old and so shriveled that we couldn’t even eat them. I have still not heard anything back from the store though I’ve have been told I will. this is just ridiculous that paying customers have to deal with this I understand if it was a one time thing but it isn’t and it’s always the night crew that seems to hand out food that is like this. If they wouldn’t eat it then why would you give it to someone else to eat.

Amazing experience after a rocky start. Mcd’s app went bonkers when I arrived to pickup curbside order. Had to redo order. Waited a little over ten minutes for order then went in to see what the hold up was. Apparently first order still came through and the staff had just finished putting both orders together. I explained to the manager what happened on my end, he handled it amazingly and helped get the mess cleaned up. We got what we needed, food was good. Will return here with that level of customer service!

I stopped here on my way home today. I got big mac meal plus a apple pie. it would have been nice if the pie was fresh. it looked and taste like it had been setting all day. there was no expire time on the box. i use to work at a McDonalds in a different state, so i know what it should look like

Grabbed a quick fries and Sweet tea. Both were fine. Used the drive thru and it went fairly quick. Overall, would recommend.

Everytime I go, there is a wait time even if there aren’t that many cars. The food is either cold, messed up, or dripping in grease. If you want a burger; I would recommend going to the wendy’s on the other side of the street. I won’t be going back.
