This particular McDonald’s is run by an exceptional staff. The dining room was spotless, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was exceptionally fresh and well prepared. My meal was even brought to my table by a smiling staff member. I thought all McDonald’s were the same. This particular proves me wrong! This location should be the gold standard for McDonald’s. This crew sets the bar very high for this fast food conglomerate!

Overall worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant. My order Friday was messed up, no big deal. Broke my phone so was unable to call until I came back to Columbus Monday. Called and talked to a manager informed her I wasn’t given a receipt she told me to come and she will replace it. Drive out of the way there wasting my time and gas. Multiple managers were rude to me when I got there and said they couldn’t do anything without a receipt and just walked Away after I had just called and talked to a manager who told me to come. Terrible customer service from nothing but managers. Between that and the flys that were EVERYWHERE I doubt I’ll be. Back

Location is supposed to open at 6am on Saturday but was completely dark at that time on August 12th. Staff wouldn’t respond in the drive thru and doors were locked. When we tried to get someone’s attention to ask what time they would be opening, got the “no” finger wag by an employee inside. Finally started serving customers about 6:35am. Lots of angry people trying to get served and staff didn’t seem to care. Others said “this happens all the time here”. Owner might want to check on the early open staff.

We ordered here two dbl quarter pounders without the bun. They put both orders in same container. Even had my husband wait for it by pulling up. Get the food home cut into it RAW both sandwiches! I call to speak to the manger a lot of playing on the phone finally someone who stated they were the manager with a name I could not understand proceeds to tell me that happens sometimes. I’m like that’s your answer …that should never happen food poisoning can kill people. I then called corporate. If that’s they way you answer your customers you should be ashamed!!

We had a small order, 2 drinks, 1 pack McNuggets & a fish filet. Order was wrong & they charged us for a quarter pounder we did not order. We sat inside and it was after 2:30 PM so this was not a drive thru issue. We also had to clean the table & the drink station had seen better days.
