I usually order online and pickup my food via drive-through. When I visit this particular location there is usually a big guy with wavy hair that goes all out being super friendly, positive to the Nth degree, and puts a smile on my face (not joker smile) also makes me want to face the day more positive

We stopped through after a show around 9:55 PM and it wasn’t busy. They took our order immediately. No thank you or any customer service at all. Just a “here ya go” – the fries weren’t piping hot, but still good. The coffee was fresh and they added the creamers as requested.
The guy taking the money was on his phone when I pulled up to pay, but quickly put it away.
It would be nice to have someone appreciate customer – without them, the jobs aren’t needed- or maybe we will just get used to no human interaction and will be happy with automation in their place…
Suffice to say it was an average experience.

A few weeks ago, I visited this McDonald’s. There was a friendly employee (pictured team member)who provided stellar service to me and my friends. In fact, she reminded us of our mothers and perhaps near our mothers’ ages. Thank you for the lovely service. It made my visit to this McDonald’s memorable. I self order at the kiosk the breakfast combo # 2 with a coffee. Nicely built from the exterior of the structure to its interior. Nice landscaping. Comfortable seating with modern assisted technical self service apparatus’ where you can place your own order. Clean dining and condiment areas. Friendly services. Decent prices.

They forgot something out of my order. Annoying, but things happen. I called up to let them know and the women on the phone who answered told me they’re only taking drive thru and then hung up on me which was very rude. 1. It had nothing to do with me telling her I had missing items 2. To hang up on a customer who’s calling about yalls mess ups? Just not right. (10pm night shift)

Literally every single time I come to this McDonald’s they make me pull forward into a curbside pickup spot with other cars next to me also waiting from the drive-thru just to save their drive-thru line times. What is the point in a quick drive through if I sit in a curbside spot for 15 minutes it’s absolutely ridiculous.

I just waited 15 minutes for food that was never made. Manager couldn’t find the order, even after I told her the order number multiple times. Then, she just ignored me and started talking with another worker. I usually try to be understanding, everywhere is short staffed these days, I get it. This though? Absolutely not

The lady employee that was running the register was nice but, Every time now it seems like I go to any McDonald’s and when I order a Big Mac I should just say send me out a big sloppy mess on a sesame seed bun that way if I’m driving my car I will have to pull over and eat my sandwich over top of the ditch so when the sloppy mess falls apart it’ll already be in the ditch where it needs to be and not in my car. Come on McDonald’s let’s learn how to make sandwiches. This is what your business is. You know making sandwiches.

Ordered a spicy deluxe crispy chicken sandwich….got home which is like a 20 minute drive, opened it up and they literally gave me a plain crispy chicken sandwich with 2 pickles. No sauce or anything else. Definitely not what I ordered!! I read in another review it happened to them too, guess this place doesnt know their own menu or what spicy deluxe means. Disappointed!!
