Very disappointed in the amount of fries in my Quarter Pounder Value meal. I eat McDonald’s once a year if that and I doubt with this I’ll go back. I pay too much to be robbed like this. Do better! If it was an employees meal they’d load that fry box up.

They have never gotten our order right one single time. Either something is missing or cold food. Once got a happy meal with just apples in it. No fries. No nuggets. We usually get it 2-4 times a month for a quick easy meal but after another wrong order tonight and missing sandwiches after spending 50 dollars there I will never spend another dollar there

This location has been decent in the past but this last visit was disappointing to say the least. There was no acknowledgement by staff, smelled like everything was being burned, my wrap was a single small piece of chicken and 90% lettuce, and they were blaring loud Arabic rap music in the back. Don’t go to this location on Sunday morning. I went through drive-thru waited in line for 30 minutes. Obviously under staffed. I order 2 sausage burritos and they were cold and hardly any filling. Usually at most McD’s there is good mix of melted cheese and sausage. The cheese was solid cold and very little anything else. It was horrible. If you can’t make the food correctly then don’t even open for business.

Ordered on the app but food not ready when we got there; had to pull forward for a few minutes. Burgers were hot but fries lukewarm and had sat for a while; not fresh. Nice clean restaurant. No apology for the wait but runner was pleasant.

There was a 10 minute wait for m&m icecream 3 cars where in line, saw a worker get yelled at for the service and the car drove off without getting the food. Overall did not get food poisoning, worker said nothing at the pay window, and the ice cream machine worked somehow.

Possibly the worst McDonalds ever. Unfortunately the closest one and my kids like it as a treat occasionally. I don’t think my order has been right one time, out of dozens. Can’t wait for the new Wendy’s to open nearby.

I only come to this location because we don’t have many options in the area. Every time we come here we wait at least 20 minutes for our order and I usually have to go to the counter and ask why it’s taking so long and demand my food. Multiple times they have claimed not to have happy meal toys as well and today I asked how that could happen, she said ” It must be a problem with our truck”. I cannot understand how this location operates but they need to have their management looked into.

New management? This was previously a subpar McDonald’s at best, but I have seen gradual improvement over the last two years to the point where I am happy to give a five star review across all categories. Great job! It’s nice to see this kind of improvement ❤️
