Was terrible charged me $1.25 for a cup of mac sauce that has maybe a table spoon amount in the cup while also pay $.30 for a cup of tartar that was filled to the rim. I’ve been through this drive through twice now and each time it has been like this and always get the food wrong asked for a double fish fillet meal got a single as you can see in the picture posted. They make you wait up to 30 minutes for a 2 meal order then laugh in your face when your frustrated with the wait.

If these Mc’Donalds Workers relied on tips based on what the food look likes when it’s served, they would starve. I had to update this review just to leave this complaint. It is most definitely not my first complaint for this location. On a positive note, they are consistently bad at this location.

Every time I come through for this buffalo Mc crispy sandwich my sandwich is not a Mc crispy. It’s a Mc crisp. It’s literally burnt to the brim.

The employees are very forgetful. Half the time I order a drink they will completely forget it and I’ll have to remind them. I recently had an order where I ordered a small Coke, a 6 piece McNugget, a medium fry, and a large fry; They completely forgot the small Coke, and gave me a medium fry and a small fry. Their manager really needs to crack down on this ignorance as this is just absurd. Other than the miserable service, the actual dining area is fine enough, and they do a surprisingly good job keeping the area clean compared to their kitchen performance, and the food itself is what you’d expect from a McDonalds; It’s always a gamble on whether you’ll get fresh food or cold food.

This McDonald’s, in the Kroger market place on Hamilton rd. ,doesn’t check the temperature of its food. They have, as of the last 4 visits, gave me cold or lukewarm fries. I’ve had to reenter the drive thru line just to get hot fries. They also cause me to lose my mobile app code. They took my code number but when I get to the window they don’t have it and get an attitude when I call them on it. The customer service is PATHETIC!! If you want good service, check out the one up the street next to the Olive Garden. Avoid the Kroger market location at all cost. They will screw up your mobile app code, give you cold food and give you an attitude! I’m done with them!

Went thru the drive thru for biscuits and gravy. I cried tears of joy taking a bite. It was hot and the biscuits were fluffy, it was exactly what I needed. And the lady at the window was so kind even though they were busy. I appreciate you guys.

It’s McDonalds so it’s a known entity however the customer service here is great and the employees are polite and quick. I enjoy this particular restaurant location for that reason and it’s good level of cleanliness.

Ordered through the drive through and waited an inordinate amount of time. When I did get the food, the fries were lukewarm and not very fresh. I’m not sure what the issue was that night but it was a subpar experience.

Order was incorrect. The drive thru worker didn’t tighten the lid to my drink and it spilled all over me. I AM VERY UPSET!!!! I will be contacting the corporate office. Very disappointed. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. Employees gave me nothing but attitude. Horrible staff!!!!!!!!!!!!
