Keisha took great care of us. We accidentally ordered ice cream wayyy too late in the night when some options were already closed and she was so kind enough to go above and beyond to fulfill our order. I love this location, but Keisha specifically was kind, helpful, and quick to deliver our pretty large order. Went to the drive through at McDonald’s on Union street in Newark Ohio placed our order we get up to the window and the girl tried to say it was $11.98 and we supposedly only had to pay 3.50 for 2 mcchickens a plain cheeseburger and a medium fry and she tried to say it was 11.98 to make a long story short the girl was very rude to us We told her to take the cheeseburger off and the medium fry she said NO! and we said give us THE REST OF OUR MONEY BACK FROM THE 10 DOLLARS AND she said no through the bag at my daughter and slammed the window on our face I called the union street McDonald’s talk to a manager she came to the window didn’t get much money back from the 10, got a dollar but she said we could keep the extra food And the only extra food that was in the bag was a medium fry the sandwiches were barely warm the 2 medium fry were stale I wouldn’t feed them to a homeless PERSON the girl at the drive through was very rude she didn’t give us the receipt because she heard my daughter and I talking about calling corporate and turning her in well,she must have overheard that conversation between my daughter and I and she kept the receipt so we couldn’t get her name so we’ve been trying to call McDonald’s and they put us To voicemail and now it’s like off the hook and they won’t even answer the phone because it’s ringing busy, very rude service not a way to treat the customer’s, I Think that that rude girl that waited on us needs to be fired and she does not need to work with People in our community cause she has poor Customer service skills McDonald’s you need to do better and higher more respectful people if you want to keep your customers Happy and keep the food fresh ..McDonald’s do better next time! All of McDonald’s definitely lost my service due to poor customer service and nasty food that’s barely warm stale and just thrown in the bag and very unprofessional.

They close their doors sometimes hours before they are supposed too. Of course if that only happened a couple times I wouldn’t even post about it, but it seems literally every single time I am there I’m stuck in 9 car line then when I get my food it’s never done to standards or order correct. DO. NOT. COME. HERE. This place rarely can get customers out the line and when it does chances are the order will be wrong, not to mention that getting something past 10 will take you 10-35 minutes maybe a bit sooner if you can get there before anyone else. They’ve also have had several SEVERAL violations on food safety tests and have been fully shut down before because of said violations. The older lady who I assume is the night manager is also extremely rude and slow, often taking several minutes to chat with customers all while there is a 5-10 car line.

Went through the drive thru. They put sauce in a cardboard nugget box and it leaked all over my seat and food. I didn’t get my nuggets either. Called in they expect me to drive the 20 minutes back in to get nuggets.

I’ve NEVER been so blessed going through a McDonalds drive-through! We order 4 ice cream cones for the 4 of us and they were humongous! Whoever was working the second window drive through needs a raise or promotion! God Bless!

There is a reason this McDonald’s is the lowest rated in Newark. Consistently bad food and service. It’s pretty sad when most set the bar pretty low with McDonald’s and this place still can’t meet it.
