everytime I make an order there is an issue. Always has to cancel my order cause they cant find it. Not the staffs fault but im sick of their issues. Wouldn’t recommend you go here if youre hungry. More than likely take your money and not feed you.
Also, if you walk in, no one talks to you. They expect you to use the order kiosk rather than take your order. This is the staffs fault. This mcdonald location sucks and so does the mcdonalds app.

First, I’d like to get it out of the way and say I try to be lenient with fast food places. I get it. Nobody likes doing these jobs. But if you’re going to serve me food that’s blatantly NOT what I ordered, then you’re just doing a poor job. I ordered a daily double, and I got a double cheeseburger extra mayo. So either someone back there doesn’t care, or they need better training. Also, if you’re going to hire someone to work the front, you might want to tell them that they will, in fact, have to interact with customers. The tall teenage male just turned around and ignored me while talking to a manager who wasn’t even aware of me until she turned and saw me. Pretty pathetic experience so far

They serve raw food and their management yells at customers! The GM for this location has a problem getting back to customers when they are instructed to! The health department should know that they think it’s ok to serve raw meat to customers!

i ordered 3 cheeseburgers and i didn’t get pickles and my cheese wasn’t melted and the burger was dry and there was like barely any ketchup or mustard & the fountain drinks were all messed up and the sprite, coke, hi-c, and fanta all tasted not right. They were fast with getting me my order but i think it was because they did a poor job making it.

First time I used the app. It’s in printed black and white exactly what I wanted. You literally have one job and that is to bag the orders…..is it rocket science?!?!? Extra fries does not mean a bag of apples. Can you please train your employees to read and how to follow instructions?!? I’m tired of never getting an order right.

i dont reccomend coming here, it was horible, i ordered 1 meal, i had got the complete wrong order, after 10 minutes when there was 1 person in the resturant and none in the drive thru. i saw 5 employes and for some reason no one can make a ketchup only cheese burger corectly. workers didnt seem too kind either.
