Edit: things have gone down hill a bit. Tonight I was served a Big Mac with everything on the bottom bun, just bread up top. The fries were lukewarm and chewy.
Usually a safe bet, the food is fresh about 90% of the time. The staff is very friendly. Parking can get a bit cramped.

I frequent this location as it’s both by my work and home. It’s smells like poop walking in a lot of the time. If I have an issue and stand at counter employee’s will look me in the eyes and then go to the back, they ignore customers. My order is consistently messed up, cold, double heated up or made sloppily. If you get the Biscuit and gravy platter check it because they will take one Biscuit, split it in half and put gravy on it. So you get the single one for the price of the platter. Low quality food, incompetence and laziness run this location.

Went through the drive thru and ordered the new pink and blue milkshake, since the last time the ice cream machine wasn’t broken “broken” (shocker) and paid for it etc. when I pulled up the to second window to pick it up, the window lady told “we don’t have your milkshake, do you want something else?”…very disappointed that they couldn’t have one thing ready for me while I waited in the line for it. Busy or not that is your job. It was one damn milkshake. Did not get a refund nor the milkshake. If there would be a next time for because I refuse to go to this McDonald’s again if they clearly can’t make a milkshake, I would suggest do better or get a different job.

They only care about drive thru. Had the audacity to order inside so no one even came to the registers to take orders for almost 10 minutes and then abandoned the counter for another 10 minutes… it took 20 minutes to get a drink… how do you care so little for your patrons?

Don’t come here unless you want to be told that you ordered wrong even though the app glitched multiple times while ordering, staff is very argumentative and rude. Never go to this one there’s 2 others in Marysville with better service!
