Once again….come on with getting EVERY order wrong! Drive thru: Will you be using the mobile app?
Me: Not today
Drive thru: Order when you are ready.
Me: I’ll have a 2a (Quarter pounder with cheese meal), no onions, large sweet tea.
Drive thru: What would you like to drink?
Me: A large sweet tea, please
Drive thru: That’s a 2a with no slivered onions and a large sweet tea?
Me: (Yay! They heard me this time because she repeated it loudly and plainly) Yes please.
Drive thru: That’ll be some ridiculous amount, please pull around.
I pull around a pay, pull up to the pick up window and get my order. After glancing in the bag, I see a tag ony sandwich box! It says no slivered onions! I’m thinking, can this possibly be the day? I drive down the road happily eating my fries, because in my universe, the fries get eaten first. Then. It’s. Time. I open the sandwich box and the stupid sandwich is loaded with onions! She verified no onions. I get a box that verified she put the order in for no onions, then at this point, I can only imagine that the placement of the onions is an intentional crime. Why? I drive all the way back and ask for a correct sandwich. You would have thought I asked to sacrifice her first born. She asked me to pull to pickup spot number 1. Four other cars pulled into spot number 2, got their order and left before Einstein came out with my sandwich. I ate it without imagining what wonderful things were added during the incredible amount of time they carefully prepared it. Yeah…..they deserve 15 bucks and hour. How about they get 15 bucks for the hour if they get all the orders right and nothing if they consistently get it wrong?

Submitted an order through the app, verified that the address was correct, but they stated they did not have my order. When I pulled up and showed them the order on the phone, the lady at the first window asked for my phone, resubmitted the order to make it go through twice now, and by the time I got to the second window, they claimed that I didn’t order the drink that clearly was on the order. I have never had such issues with the mobile app.

I went at 1:30, there were 4 staff members total, including the manager. I started out in drive thru. They pulled me forward and I waited. And kept waiting. After 20 minutes I went in. I waited 5 minutes before I was acknowledged, and 10 more to get 2 sandwiches. The manager told me that the GM had said to call off staff. I got back to my car and 1 of my sandwiches was wrong. I left at that point.

Forgot my nuggets but put the sauce in the bag. Really. It’s not a tough job just do it right ong. Also why can’t the person taking my order understand me? Have someone who understands English we’ll do that.

Workers like to roll their eyes, get the order wrong, or missing items. And when told our order isn’t right – they took bag back to check. This has happened multiple times not to just myself but my brother and sister on different occasions. It’s okay to make mistakes but rolling eyes about it and arguing about it is not ok. Just plain out rude and incompetent

I went through the drive thru, there were about 15 cars in front of me. I was out of the line with my food in about 5 minutes. I was surprised how quick it went. And my order was correct! This was about 10am today, on Friday.

There were overall better than most MCD locations I’ve been too. The food was hot and properly put together. The soda was flat initially which they promptly replaced (and apologized too) when I pointed it out. It’s a McDonald’s, you know what you’re getting

Terrible service with electronic kiosk, it doesn’t print a receipt, I have no idea of my “order number”. I provided a table number. Aren’t you supposed to deliver those? Found out sitting on the counter 15 min later.

Extremely disappointing experience. I came specifically for an unsweet tea because the app shows it includes a Monopoly piece. The employee at the window rudely told me it does not qualify and refused to provide a sticker from another cup. The wait was terrible despite only one car ahead of me, and this is the third visit with rude service or incorrect orders. I will not be returning to this location and recommend others avoid it as well.

Went through the drive-through to get some breakfast this morning. I was so excited to get my steak,egg, and cheese beagle, but what i actually got was a beagle with 2 cheese slizes and an egg on it, no steak to be seen .. very disappointing, especially since the sandwich is almost $6. Usually, this McDonald is great, and i still eat my sandwich, but this is very disappointing.
