Every time you go to the store, they are out of something or something is missing. I put in a complaint last time about this store because of the items always missing or them always being out of something and I should’ve known not to come back and came back again where they’re out of items or missing my items every time. Half of the time they tell you mobile ordering is down and you can’t get a refund for your order. Then when you put in a mobile order and they’re missing your items, you can’t get a refund for the items they’re missing so you’re just out of money And out of the item that you ordered. Go to cookout or Burger King because those are the only two places in town where I never have any issues.

When ordering a mobile order, the number assigned via a mobile does not correlate to order in store when I asked why my order number differ from that on my phone. The person said they had no idea there were about four orders ready for pick up. They were calling out numbers did not exist to the customer. I would’ve thought that would be something they would have more information on or call out what the order is to avoid confusion.

Had to edit my review AGAIN disgusting behavior the girl at my window was rude didn’t get my drink right I MADE AN ONLINE ORDER it’s not that hard that I had one meal. Lol the people behind me had 3 5$ meal deals and they wasn’t pulled up or asked to wait they see my mobile order and idk why but always mess order up and make me pull I do mobile for it to be faster and more efficient for them. Weird how when I say something wrong they get an attitude lucky I didn’t yank her out the window . I was waiting for 14 mins for one meal I made the order at 10:05 pm lol they didnt cash it out till 10:10 then 10:26 pm is when i got the food

Slowest McDonalds, ever. No matter when you go, you’re always asked to pull up and wait. And then when they bring your food out, it’s always the wrong order. Oh and let’s not forget their attitudes are terrible to say the least. I honestly don’t know why I go back, it’s always the same experience. This will be my last.

Went thru drive thru to get my food and this women that handed my food was rude , she slammed the window in my face , because I said the unsweet tea was sour then snatched the tea and rolled her eyes come back with my food and handed what I thought was unsweet tea asked her if it was unsweet she tells me yeah I go in to tell them it’s not unsweet gives me another cup the teas out in the lobby both was sweet I have diabetes this could really hurt me. The lady upfront said she could get me unsweet from the back was fine tasted it and still taste sour. Need better employees that like there job I work myself and of course I get customers just like they do but never am I rude ! McDonald’s do better on top of that we had to move up just for our food to be cold smh.

This McDonald’s couldn’t make a decent iced coffee if their lives depended on it. It’s either syrup soup or watered-down sadness. The staff look like they’re being held hostage. No smiles, no greetings, just awkward silence and fear. The vibe? Depressing. Floors sticky, service slower than dial-up. A masterclass in how not to run a fast food joint.
