This mcdonalds is bad. The service was rough to be exact. Order was messed up. Order thru app and it was terrible. No fountain machines here. Have to have employees fill drinks, no condiments. I received 2 ketchup packets and asked for more and received 2 more. My 8 year old daughter loves ketchup and it was a complete hassle to get ketchup. Service was busy and you basically had to wait to get your food from a bag, no trays anymore. No straws, napkins, ketchup, pepper, salt. Its like they gutted the store and now have the employees give you little for higher prices.

It was relatively busy and we had a large and fairly complicated order, but they did a great job. We did get an incorrect sandwich, but they quickly fixed it. Bathrooms were clean and functioning. Decor was modern and the dining room was immaculate. They really took pride in keeping it clean. Everyone was friendly and professional.

NO COFFEE AT MCDONALD SHOULD BE A JOKE. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato medium that I even had to wait for a few minutes to then later get cup full of milk cream and a pinch of espresso. I couldn’t wait and I grab it and left hoping that she might have mixed it and the espresso was settling in but I knew it was too much of a hope. Placed the order at around 10:40 ,play at 10:43and I was asked if I wanted a cold or hot macchiato after I asked for an iced caramel macchiato I paid and moved up to the window. My coffee was not ready as she ask me if it was a macchiato cold or uot? I repeat it again for the second time. and she had to go away somewhere to get my coffee I assumed and waited then I was told to move next window with no explanation and just had me Wait . WHY DONT JUST TELL PEOPLE YOU’RE OUT OF COFFEE or ESPRESSO AND DNT WANT TO MAKE MORE WHEN YOU CLOSE IN 40 MINUTES . DNT DO THAT TO PEOPLE. It’s all I got for 3.67$

Got cold fries so I went in and asked for new ones. They took the cold ones put them back in fryer and heated them up. Couldn’t even finish Quarter Pounder. In the middle it tasted like someone dumped salt shaker into it. Opened it up and found black crusty stuff inside. Wouldn’t recommend eating here.
