I’m not sure what the point of using the mobile order app is. Sat in line at the drive through for ten minutes to find out the order that went through on our app didn’t connect to the McDonalds location. We were asked to come inside where we had to order again and told that the app order would refund in 2-3 hours. We have yet to see if that is going to happen. The whole purpose of ordering in the app is for convenience and time. Neither of which were provided. I’m just banking on getting charged twice.

This location usually does a decent job with food. My order is correct 9 out of 10 times. They have several meal deals and will let you know if there is a cheaper way to get the same combination. Food is usually hot. Service is much better during morning and lunch. Dinner service is hot or miss.

I made a complaint regarding, Crystal constantly cussing and her husband saying slurs about white people. Every since then I have been retaliated against by her and her husband, Brian. Her husband has tried to intimidate me standing in front of me after he placed his order, my daughter witnessed this. This has been going on for a year. I am tired. I have no choice but to pretty much boycott McDonald’s at this point. Her and her family are always there.
