I complained to the general manager one day that the restaurant was closed early the night before and the night manager Lindsay who did it has started gossiping about me ever since. She poisoned the air about me because I complained. She has had a subordnate give a friend of mine and myself regular coffee instead of decaf. He was fired immediately after this but the manager stayed for some reason. My friend was up all night as I was. We only figured it out recently when another employee talked.. the manager told an employee friend of ours that she had to sit in the break room and cannot sit out in the front anymore and talk with customers. However, one of her right hand buddies and another was seen in the lobby eating his meal today and many other days. (Of course i have pictures). It just goes to show how corrupt the atmosphere has become around her. She is also told that I asked her out which absolutely did not happen. She must have low self-esteem because she tried to make herself look good at the expense of others. To be honest, I told her to her face I was scared to death of her and when she asked me why I told her she was goody goody one day and acted like the devil the next day. She responded by asking me if I thought she was bipolar……
She talks horribly about customers in other situations in the past and carrys gossip and lies. That’s wrong!!!!

thought this was an okay place but my food always come out like this and as a fomer mcdonalds employe id get in trouble with satff if i let something lile this go out my drive thru window the coated my food in sause and i didnt even ask for extra sause especially mustard like this is ridiculous and they gypped on a large fry and couldn’t even put bacon on the burgers properly

I had went through McDonald’s and got fries my fries were hard and old I’m so mad. I than called up there to let me know and the girl who answered the phone thought I was prank calling and got super rude and disrespectful with me her name was Lindsey she said so McDonald’s please do better

Today was an unpleasant situation. I got all the items I needed but the tea as well as the soda machine tasted like mold. When is the last time they actual cleaned it because there is no reason for it to taste like mold and my stomach to start hurting. I asked them to change it and the male employee did but it wasn’t no better. You have to wash the pieces as well. Plus I put a napkin in the spout of the fount machine and got nothing but black sugar build up. McDonald’s please fix your issues with your workers or close it down. Smh

There some kind of mixup in the orders in the double-drive thru lanes. There were two incorrect orders shone on the screen the morning of 12/08/2024. Usually they are spot on at the Russell Springs, KY location.
