Just don’t do it. Literally go anywhere else and you will have better customer service as well as a good outcome. We pull through the drive thru, we’re rushed asking us what it is that we want. Secondly, our Carmel macchiato came out and tasted like black coffee. So we went back through to address the problem, was told to pull around like every other time we have been at this location to eat. We wait at least 10 minutes, all for them to come out with a black coffee with whipped cream on top?! Definitely not worth your time. Keep moving!

Brian, the manager, scoffed and made fun of me for not wanting cash refund when I paid with a card after waiting over twenty minutes for my meal in the reserved line. Mason the cashier was no help either. Absolute joke and waste of time. Didn’t even get my meal.

Young man at counter was very nice and professional. French fries were good. However, 1. Chicken nuggets were not completely cooked, 2. When I picked up my order at counter, young lady was more interested in texting on her phone than asking me if I needed condiments. Had to ask twice for ketchup and barbecue sauce.
Update: tried again. Cooks had no head coverings of any kind. No soap in RR. Dirty dining room. Waited almost 20 minutes for food and finally just got a refund. HORRIBLE!!!!

If you think you will get fresh food right when they switch over from breakfast to lunch, you are mistaken! I feel like they cooked it a half an hour before breakfast ended and no matter how I order it, they barely put any onions on even when I ask for extra. And they put it on the bottom of the burger. I had five little pieces. At least they remembered the sauces this time. I remember the first time I came here when we moved here and it was the best burger I ever had. They keep getting worse every time and I think I’m done going here all together.

I took my son and his friend to the play center it was so dirty Trash everywhere. I had to clean the tables and a mop laying in the floor a worker came in to use the bathroom and she stepped over the mop twice . Just left it laying

Food was cold. Fries remind me of potato sticks you can buy at the stores. All the tables was dirty. They wasnt busy. They lady was standing at the register like she was at a daze. I was walking around looking for a decent clean table i voiced my opinion that tables was dirty. After we got our food they sent her out she wipe window seals over by play land then walked in play and walked around in there for awhile. Remind you both doors to play land has signs that says closed. Oh no napkins either. I asked for some was told there was none. When I asked how was I supposed to wipe my hands and mouth if needed to they went and got me couple pieces of paper towels. Also I drink nothing but water. Went to get a cup of water they wanted to charge over a dollar for a medium. You go to Somerset stores they charge only .25 cents. This store has went down hill bad.
