this McDonald’s sucks compared to any other store I’ve ever eaten at. the food tastes awful and they are always no matter what always missing at least one item from our orders. recently visited the south McDonald’s and they were a great place to eat at food tasted better and they had our order correct, unlike the north McDonald’s the south store can perform better in multiple ways.

Ordered two fries a McDonald’s chicken and two Oreo McFlurries. Both McFluries got given to me halfway full of ice cream with a scoop of Oreo thrown on top. Not only that but my Mc chicken was a mc crispy NOT a mc chicken. Tasted so bad and service was horrible. My fries are even FREEZING COLD. Very upset.

We just left this location because the kiosk wouldn’t let us order drinks. We asked a blonde lady for help and she said I don’t know and threw her hands in the air. She went on to the counter. My husband went to speak to the manager at the counter and the employee was still running her smart mouth. The manager wouldn’t even talk to my husband or reprimand the worker. This was the worst experience. Our 2 year old wanted a Happy Meal….so we had to leave this location and go to the other one across town. Unreal!!! The worst service ever.

I ordered a filet meal and used the app number. The guy running the register couldn’t figure it out and I ended up paying with my card. I ordered a filet meal and ended up with a quarter pounder in the bag that was cooked to the point it was a hockey puck. I won’t be back.

Had one of the rudest experiences ever at this location today. My mobile order wouldn’t process due to their computer issues. The employee, Clayton, barked “speak up” at me twice at the speaker, got to window and had questions on how to get my points back he then rolled his eyes, shrugged, and basically told me “there’s nothing I can do” — even implying, “what do you want me to do, pay for it myself?” Instead of helping, he dismissed me like I was just another number. A young man working in fast food should have the patience and knowledge to answer questions, not brush customers off. I left without my order, frustrated and disrespected.

I went there and got food and my food was cold and the big Mac was hard and I called and talked to a manager at 313am and she said bring the food back when I live 30 minutes away thats ridiculous no refund or nothing I highly recommend not going here poor service.
