Let’s be honest: It’s McDonald’s, so my expectations weren’t that high to begin with. However, when I visit a “fast” food restaurant, I have a few basic expectations. “Fast” service, friendly service, fresh food, and to at least get what I pay for. Tonight, this location hit only one of those marks: Friendly service. In fact, that is the only thing stopping this review from being one star. I waited so long on the car in front of me at the pickup window, I had to place my car in park and shut it off. By the time I finally got my Big Mac combo, the food was as cold as my drink. And the meat patties they used on my NOT SO BIG Mac, were as small as what I would have expected to find had I ordered a hamburger Happy Meal. In fact, when I got home I had to fix two packs of ramen just to finish getting full. The sandwich had more lettuce and buns than anything, and the meat patties were not even the same size as the buns. Cold Sprite is one thing, but old, cold McDonald’s fries and a cold Big Mac is another all together.

My husband and I stood at the register for at least 15 mins before anyone even acknowledged we were standing there! The person who finally acknowledged us was a young man who was mopping the dining room. After several attempts by him to get someone to acknowledge us, he finally stopped mopping and came and waited on us himself.

Everytime I have been there my food is always hot! Especially on day shift not sure about night shift! Everyone is nice and only thing I didn’t like was not getting enough napkins.

The people were rude and I had to wait 1 hour to get my food. I work for door dash and I was picking it up and they said they did not have a door dash order and .then I had get back in line after I called door dash . Then they were slow at the window .they need to have faster service .when I was trying to get the order they got very ill.and said it wasn’t there fault and told me to call door dash .that they had no orders for door dash to pick up.

Was in a rush but stopped anyway and to my disbelief cars were never even coming to a total stop they were faster than ever moving the drive through. The line was wrapped around the building when I turned in the parking lot and it took all of 7 minutes for me to be back on the highway (trying not to exaggerate but it may have not taken this long). Everything was great (breakfast).

Slow slow slow! Stood at counter for 20 minutes to have order taken. The next time I came I used the curbside pick up. Set in my car for fifteen minutes. Fifty cars went through the drive through in that time. Finally had to go inside and ask where my food was.

Employees here want $15 an Hour but can’t follow the directions with pictures and the bigger words right in front of them. Poor service during 3rd shift. Had to have my filet sandwiches remade 2 times before I finally said to give my money back. Filets were old as hell and hard as rocks. I asked for fresh food. Not hockey pucks. They reset the timers on food that was made 30-40 minutes prior. With the way those fillets were, they had to of been over an Hour old. They then tried to argue with me about them second sandwiches being “fresh”. I called BS. The other manager that was in the office, older lady grey, hair and glasses, just sat there offering no assistance what so ever. Shift manager was a tall white guy with a gut and fro. Very rude and ignorant.

Last time I checked, saying that your inside doesn’t close until 11PM typically means you lock the doors then and not more than half an hour before. Also, it shouldn’t take almost 20 minutes for me to get a curbside order.
