Chicken was old tasting, and was given to me as pictured. I tried to call never got an answer. Btw that’s supposed to be a spicy crispy chicken deluxe. Worst McDonalds I’ve ever been too. Half my order was wrong or missing. They need to train their cooking and bagging staff ASAP!!! Definitely would not recommend!!!!!

Never in my life have I felt the need to write a review, but this McDonald’s pushed me to it. I ordered a medium fry and waited way too long. When I finally went up to the counter to ask where my food was, the guy up front (turns out he’s the manager, Tom) basically told me I already got my fries and acted like I was lying. He straight-up called me a liar to my face instead of fixing the issue.
This isn’t the first time I’ve noticed problems here either. The place is poorly run, and this manager, Tom, has a habit of talking down to his own employees in a rude and disrespectful way. It’s unacceptable and unprofessional. Honestly, I feel bad for the workers who have to deal with him.

Everytime I order from here, the food is luke warm or cold. They always get something in my order wrong for instance, tonight I ordered a 2 $5 meals we didn’t get the nuggets for either one of them, the fries were cold, my burger was supposed to have no pickle no mustard and it had both. We ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget and a basket of fries, the nugs and fries were cold and hard. I have worked fast food and know people make mistakes but every single time I order there its messed up.

They park every vehicle that comes thru! When I stated I did not want to park, I was told I can be refunded, until I asked if I was being refused business if I didn’t park. Then the tone changed as I told the manager that it is not a requirement for me to park. He then said it is required of them to ask the customer to park. Every car- Everyone it’s ridiculous. It is a fast food restaurant drive thru!

No French Fries in bags. Waited for them. Got home to cold fries and a wet nasty hamburger bun. Have to ask for ketchup. It must be a rule if customer ask for extra onion give them none!
Third time I gave them a redemption chance. No more chances. I highly recommend passing this place up. Madisonville is too close and with much better food too!
