Ordered in store at 12:08 on a Tuesday and had my food and drink and in hand at 12:14. Order was customized and had additional items requested and all was made correctly and hot. This store has three self service kiosks but they do have a regular checkout that is unmanned unless flag down someone in the kitchen for help. No drink machines in lobby but plenty of parking, typical new industrial McDonald’s layout. The entire store including the bathroom was clean. Nothing special but the store appears to be working as McDonald’s intended.

The food is fine, regular Mc Donald food, but im not a fan at all of the dining room. Very industrial feeling and disconnected, the dining room is just a small square room with minimal tables and decor, and there is just a single opening where the cash register is located, with the kitchen being not visible at all to the dining room. You only really see a single employee the whole time your there working the register, making it just feel to fake.

Been there maybe 4 times since they’ve opened. Every time they have made me pull up and wait on my order, for at least 5-10 minutes each time. Also want to add, my order was wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME!

The person on the drive through 10pm on 02/27/26 needs training on headset. I wasted 1/2 my break here while this person tried taking my order out of the wrong speaker. And when I pulled around to see if it was broken at the window they acted like it was my problem. “Whachu need” is not a very nice thing to tell a customer just trying to find out what’s going on. And then I got sent back around in line and others were in front of me and i didn’t have time to wait. And when they tried taking my order again they weren’t very nice again.
