It’s one of the nicer McDonald’s. The good is pumped out fresh. Most employees do their jobs.
Atmosphere: Not a fan of employees complaining to customers about their job, it happened here to me. It’s not a testament to the manager/management necessarily, but a good work environment usually comes out in employees. I understand no one can please everyone.

Worst service ever. Took 15 minutes to go through, ask specific question if Big Breakfast came with Hashbrowns and was told “yes” so I didn’t place an order for them, was not given any hashbrowns with the breakfast order, was given no receipt for the meal so I do know what I was charged for the breakfast items I ordered; I call the telephone number to complain after getting back to the house that there were no hash browns which my granddaughter wanted to eat, but nobody answered the phone line. Had to eat my part of breakfast being pissed off at the incompetence of the service that I had gotten.
This was not an enjoyable Memorial Day.

The people being super nice are the only good thing I have to say about this McDonalds. Everytime we go here it takes forever to get your food and its McDonalds. So I cant give more than 3 stars for it. I will reiterate that the people were great and super friendly. But the time it takes to get your food is ridiculous.

Every time I go here it takes forever to get waited on. I did an online order today and it said it was ready and I had to wait 10 more minutes. The kids working there are too busy joking around than to do their job. Another gentleman was there for 26 min outside in drive thru waiting for his. The kid upfront told him to get his receipt so he wouldn’t have to pay again! Why should he have to pay when it’s your guys fault?! He should’ve gotten his money back and still got his order. You completely forgot his order! When the kid finally gave me my order he dumped my fries upside down in my bag. I even pointed out to him and he seriously did a little yell in frustration. I go there every Thursday because that’s what my daughter wants after gymnastics. I’ll just start going to central city cuz Greenville’s a joke! One night we went and it was 730 and they had the doors locked you had to knock to get in.

Worst McDonald’s in the state of Kentucky. 1000% would rather eat anywhere else. The service is absolutely atrocious and everyone that works here looks like they hate their jobs. 1 star is too much for this McDonald’s, i wish there was a 0 star option.
