Pulled into the drive thru outter lane during lunch. If I’d known that this was going to happen, I would have NEVER stopped. I had a mobile order, waiting at the speaker, 3 cars passed through the inner speaker. I finally said, “is anyone taking orders at this speaker… or what? After a brief silence, a lady said yes.. can I help you. I gave her my mobile code. It took her a bit to pull up the order. A double cheeseburger, no pickles, double fries, and a wild cherry medium frozen pop, with 2-6 piece nuggets, 2- small fries, and a large frozen mango pineapple smoothie.
Pretty straight forward mobile order… right? I pull to the first window, girl asks if I want my receipt. I said yes please. I pull to the second window, girl hands me the happy meal box and drink, then the bag of nuggets and fries, and says have a good day. I was like.. wait, what? I have a smoothie. She said ” that machine is down, so they took it off my screen. But you weren’t charged for it sir. Did no one tell you?
But in fact, I was charged for it. With recipt in hand I told her I was charged for it. I did get a cash refund for the drink. But this concerns me for all the other customers who are charged for something they “don’t have” but still get charged for it.
After getting home, my boy’s double cheeseburger was a single that had extra pickles, and I ended up with hot honey sauce instead of sweet chilli.
I won’t be back to the Parrish Ave location. Too many orders have been messed up every time I go there.
And I’d advise everyone to check their receipts and be sure your paying the right price

I love McDonald’s. It is a classic. They just make good food no matter how healthy. That being said. Their employees overall service is average and there attention to detail when preparing food is below average. I used to be all about the employees getting a raise for what they put up with but, in return get an order correct. Put a sandwich together that doesn’t look like a Jackson Pollock. Overall. Average to a little below average.

Ordered on the mobile ,pulled in a number spot. Food came out to me in a reasonable amount of time. Very easy to use the mobile app. Don’t have to go in or sit in the drive thru.

There are three lovely ladies that are always polite, greets you with a smile and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. I definitely need to know their names as I do know what they look like. They are the reason many customers return to this location bc they aren’t rude. What happened to the cheese getting melted on burgers anymore? The fries use to always be very hot and good. Why charge for sauces when half the time if you don’t check your order they aren’t in the bag.

Brandy Luck who is the GM at this location is an awesome GM and person. From the supervisors to the crews they welcome and treat you like family. As well as the customers to, they welcome each and every customer. Everyone is there to do their job but does more than what’s expected of them. This location deserves more than just 5 stars, from the manager to the crews they deserves more recognition than just this rating. But overall this location is the best!!!!!!

What’s the point in having 2 drive through lines if you let 8 cars go from one line before taking an order from the other. Makes no sense at all. And the app is useless.

Waited 26 minutes for a happy meal, mcchicken and fries. Only two people were in the restaurant who ordered food. No one cared and all had to ask for the drinks
