Wow the 3 star rating definitely tells the whole story. Very poor attitude by girl with the tyrese(?) Necklace. I couldn’t get her name because her name tag wasn’t visible. Extremely rude and no mannerisms. My burger seem to be thrown together. Missing fries. Terrible staff.

Ordered 2 iced coffees, which I do nearly every morning on the app. Never have an issue. This morning I walk in and they had literally turned the coffee pot up and poured it into a cup and put ice on it. When I showed her the picture she started throwing a fit yelling this is plain iced coffee and if I had wanted something different then I should have said so. I pointed the picture to her and said “ma’me I order this all over the US, I’ve never had it come like this before”

Honestly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced. All 3 times of me coming has been horrible, tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. If you like horrible service, burnt food, and long wait times…this is your place.

Every time we come here, including this time, no matter how early we put in our request in the mobile order or if we are the only people here or if there’s only a few people here we always have to wait at the curbside pickup. Right now, there are four other people here with us for a total of five. The people in front of us we watched put in their order and be told to drive around and wait. We have been here for 20 minutes just waiting for our food that we place ahead of time about 30 minutes ago. It is always the same at this McDonald’s location no matter who is working the counter, so I don’t know if this is because the faculty don’t care or if this establishment is not giving them the tools they need to deliver food on time. Regardless, this is ridiculous. The score for this McDonald’s is always sitting around three stars or lower and everyone agrees that this is unacceptable. We could go to a “sit-down” restaurant and be seated and have our food faster than at McDonald’s. As I have been writing this review, people who have came after us have all received their food before us. Now bringing the total of people who have been here since we have gotten here to 7. We only ordered two McMuffins and two bagels with no drink or any sides. Also, I had enough time to write all this on a formal report to McDonald’s website on this store and then copy and paste it to this google review.

I really wish I could find anything great at all to say about this McDonald’s but it has consistently disappointed time and time again. The drive thru staff during the day are incredibly rude, and you would think they haven’t had any sort of proper customer service training, as they can’t even say a single word when they open the window, they simply stick their hand out the window with a blank stare on their face. Not even a “have a nice day”, or “here you are”, They shouldn’t work customer service, if they can’t at least fake it. I have had good experiences with the overnight crew, which can justify a star, and the morning crew at times, but almost never during the mid shift or afternoon. The food quality is far below that of any other location in the area. Nuggets are usually burnt and sandwiches are sloppy. If you are looking to get your food quickly, go somewhere else. There is nothing fast about this location, I’ve waited at times for 15-20 minutes which is typically the normal wait time, up to 45 minutes, and at its worst I have walked out without my food due to the excessive wait times, sit down restaurants are faster than this. If you go through the drive thru, they will only help one customer at a time, and tell the person at the speaker to wait for several minutes before letting them speak. 90% of the time, you will be asked to pull forward for reasons unknown. If you go inside to sit down, you won’t be noticed, and I promise there is no point placing your order ahead, you will wait just as long as everyone else. The only thing that this McDonald’s has going for it is location convenience, and even that is questionable when you can go right down to exit 1 in Clarksville, or exit 87 in oak grove, and get 10x the experience and quality in every measurable category. By far the only location in the area that is rarely enjoyable, and dare I say the worst overall McDonald’s I have ever been to.

I ordered food for me an my bf. Paid extra for the Mac sauce and it was umm to say.. Not extra by anyway. It was missing the lettuce and a whole patty. Like how you forget a meat patty but okay. Then the place is beyond rude from the staff. The females working there have a problem with having to work. An the male staff are nice during the morning shift forget the night shift. Also called to express what I didn’t pay for with my hard earn money. The manager will not call you back.

This place is terrible, the avg wait time going inside to order over the last 3 visits is 45 mins, every single time the orders where wrong, every single time when I asked about it I was treated poorly even though I kept a good frame of mind I mean mistakes happen its all good but they acted like it was my fault for ordering food, and it was the same attitude over 3 different workers
Came back again today to see if this place has gotten any better and sadly its not in fact it worse, still can not get orders correctly out in a timely manner

I really really wish this was not the review I was going to leave today, but here it goes.
First of all I used the drive thru, the guy at the window not only took an exponentially long time to take my order (and let me tell you, they were not busy) but once I got to the window to pay he had zero life in him, I mean this guy was closer to a corpse than a living human being, secondly he clearly didn’t know what he was doing. He asked me to pull into a parking spot to wait, so I did. He came out around 10 minutes later, attempted to give me a bag that was not mine, but the person’s parked next to me. He then asked what I ordered and I handed him the receipt. About 15 minutes and multiple other cars later, a nice woman comes out with my food and asks if I ordered the fries with no salt, to which I stated yes. She hands me the bag and apologizes for the wait. Ok cool, I appreciate the effort.
Once I get home and begin to feed my family, everyone says there IS salt on the french fries, to which I confirmed, very salty french fries. Not a moment later, I take a bite of a mclfurry that my VERY YOUNG CHILD was eating, and bite something HARD. A PIECE OF PLASTIC was inside of this mcflurry (please see photo) PLASTIC. INSIDE. ICE CREAM.
I am just completely disgusted. How hard is it? We all know McDonald’s isn’t “good” food. We all know a lot of it is frozen/premade/reheated. But sometimes life gets busy and we all just need a quick bite to eat.
Is it too much to ask to not have to wait almost just as long as an actual restaurant and to NOT have plastic from unknown sources end up in the food?
DO BETTER.

Went this morning to get 2 steak egg and cheese bagels. There wasn’t a line in the drive thru but I got pulled for 15 minutes. My frappes were melted when they brought it out to me and one of my bagels was only and egg and cheese bagel. For being the only one there and waiting as long as I did, I expected better service.
